As for the current scene, I fear I am not sure what exactly it is that he says. What I do understand is: "If you'll excuse me, I must (?) my goods."
If I were to write down what I hear I would say the word is "untread" but that wouldn't really fit the context. In our version Kulu rather says "I must unpack my goods" and surely enough in the original, whichever words it is that's being used, that's what's being said as well.

So I watched the next fifteen minutes and I have a few questions:

1. In Kulu House, after the finding him dead and the finding that Mal is gone, Sinbad said Albetta something about researching the area, Bryn something about the fact that they must find Mal, he is not able to survive on his own , Sinbad said something i did not understand of this, and later talked with Yaga, i think that he recommended him to lock doors and windows and he wanted to stay here with Kulu for the case, that the beast returned for the finishing the lunch, but i am not sure of this

2. What Firouz said about the state of Mal?

3. What was the strange theory of Firouz (until the point where Albetta asked him, if it is the demon)

4. Sinbad said that the theory explains (something which happened the last night, but i am not sure what)

5. Firouz explained what he found in Kulu crate and how it used, but i did not understand it very much


7. The ending decision of Sinbad (double patrols for Kulu house? ) and Yaga advice

8. Hurt Doubar said something about the thing before the Sinbad leaving the scene

9. The next day Bryn said no sign of Mal, i am not sure what was said there, until the moment where Doubar apologised Firouz

10. what Bryn said about the possible failing and the rest of the conversation, until the moment when Firouz said that he could not better myself

11. what Doubar said before the line got this when they were leaving the hourse of Kulu?

12. talk between Doubar and Yaga in the forest, what Yaga said something about the blood lust and the poison through Doubar veins and Doubar said that is is a little dizzy and something similar, i am not sure what is was

13. the talk among the crew after the finding that doubar is werewolf, i understand some fragments but not all

1) Kulu's mansion

*crew enter the mansion*

Bryn: *comes down from upstairs* Mal's gone. His room is torn apart.
Firouz: His window is open. Maybe he escaped with his life.
Sinbad: *to Albetta* Get your men together for a search party.
Firouz: What about Kulu?
Sinbad: He's dead.
Bryn: Sinbad? We have to find Mal. He's sick. He's dying. He won't survive a night out there on his own.
Sinbad: He won't survive the night if he meets that creature, either. *to Yaga* Lock the doors and windows. *to Firouz* Firouz. You stay here with Yaga. Keep watch over Kulu. I don't want that thing to come back to finish its dinner.

2) Mal's state
Sinbad: Firouz. How is he?
Firouz: Ah, the wounds aren't too serious. Scratches and bruises, and contusions around the neck - you got there just in time.
Bryn: He said when the beast broke in last night he ran for his life.

3) Firouz' theory
Sinbad: Firouz? Is something the matter?
Firouz: I... I don't know. *hesitates* While you were all out, I tended to Kulu's body, cleaned it up, move the cargo and... I, ah... Never mind.
Sinbad: *demanding* Firouz.
Firouz: Well this may sound crazy but I think I know what's (on) the loose in this town.
Albetta: A demon?
Firouz: Of sorts. A lycanthrope.

4)Sinbad's reasoning
Doubar: Oh come on.
Sinbad: No! That could explain what I saw last night. Firouz, are you sure?

5) Kulu's crate
Doubar: What is that?
Firouz: That's what is left of Kulu's cargo. It's garlic and wolfsbane. The garlic's supposed to ward off werewolves. And wolfsbane, that's a poisonous plant but mixed with the right herbs can act an as antidote when administered in time.
Sinbad: So Kulu knew this was a werewolf.

7) Sinbad's desicion
Sinbad: Tonight - have you men double their patrol within a mile radius of this house. Make sure that Mal stays put. In case that thing comes back for seconds. And when we all go out hunting tonight, nobody be a hero.
Yaga: Perhaps you should all take it on garlic to ward off the evil. *
Sinbad: Our swords might have more impact.

*Not sure about the grammar of that one. It's what I hear though.

8) Hurt Doubar
Sinbad: Are you alright?
Doubar: I'm fine, I'm fine. Just go catch that thing.

9) Mal is missing
Bryn: There's no sign of Mal.
Albetta: The beast must have come back.
Sinbad: Or he ran off to grieve for his father, privately.
Doubar: *groans* I'm alright. Stop mollycoddling me.
Sinbad: Take it easy, Doubar.
Doubar: *to Firouz* Sorry. Thanx, Firouz.

10) Bryn's doubts
Sinbad: Tonight, we put an end to this nightmare.
Bryn: If we fail the creature has a whole month (?) healing. To travel anywhere, unnoticed.
Yaga: Tonight, perhaps you wear the rings of garlic.
Bryn: I think we should use every means possible. Including superstition.
Firouz: I couldn't have put it better myself.

11) Doubar's line
Sinbad: Maybe you should stay behind.
Doubar: No, I'm fine. It's just that smell... I'll be okay without it. I've got this.
Sinbad: Let's do it.

12) Doubar's and Yaga's talk
Yaga: You must run, my friend. Run, now.
Doubar: Yaga?
Yaga: Go deep into the forests, away from Basra.
Doubar: I can't. I've got a job to do.
Yaga: You can feel it flowing through your veins, can't you. The poison, the bloodlust.
Doubar: I don't know what you're talking about.
Yaga: The curse has been passed on to you. The curse of the Voltcotlack(?). Mal had it, now you do, too. If you do not leave the city, leave people behind you'll be forced to kill. Perhaps kill those you love the most.
Doubar: I'm just a little dizzy, that's all. Leave me alone.
Yaga: You're cursed, Doubar.
Doubar: Go back home, Yaga. Go back home, where you'll be safe.
Yaga: Doubar...

13) The crew's talk
*werewolf-Doubar runs off*
Firouz: It couldn't be.
Bryn: Doubar.
Sinbad: He's heading away from the city.
Bryn: He won't return tonight. He's wounded, frightened.
Firouz: What are we gonna do?
Sinbad: He must die, so that others may live.
Firouz: But... but, Sinbad...
Sinbad: We don't have a choice, Firouz. He's in a living hell. We have to kill Doubar.

Weeell, I hope that helps. Again, I had to leave a question mark where, for the life of mine, I can't figure out what's being said exactly. I would think though you should be fine with typing "the creature has a whole month for healing". Maybe that's even what she says, but I can't really make it out.

Thanks very much Doubar, i can not imagine the better help without you i had the serious trouble with this. I understand the meaning in the global scale, but I have problems with details.

To the end of the week I will look at the rest of the episode and after that i look at the whole episode if there were necessary some small corrections can i ask there also?

And I forget one small detail what Bryn said when she talked about the werewolf in the scene when Firouz found out the truth something about that he became werewolf every night when moon is full.

And I am sorry that i asked to many questions. I do not want bother you with this so much, but i do not want to write some mystification to the script.

Say, could you tell me where that scene fits in regarding your previous questions? I would guess it's near Firouz' theory about what's going on, right? I'm just asking because I'm kinda lazy atm and want to spare myself watching the whole thing again to find the line you're looking for. ^^;

So I watched the end of the episode and i have a few questions:

1. What was said when Mal body was taken away after his death and really Albetta said something as "he was so young." The scene when Bryn and Firouz talked about Mal, i did not understand the first sentence of Bryn

2. what said Yaga when he saw Doubar in the forest and when Doubar asked him about the killing he said something as i do it if it was in my power or i hear badly?

3. when Sinbad and Firouz talked i think that i understood everything so i want to assure only, albetta was in the house and he wanted to know what happened the last night, and Sinbad decided that his men will be searching the town and the crew will go to the forest?

4. The talk between Bryn and Yaga, i did not understand of most of it.

5. When Bryn tried to persuade Doubar, i understand all with the exception of one line she said something as here is my thought or something similar

6. When Sinbad persuaded Doubar he said you watch me go and something about leaving, i am not sure of this....

7. What Sinbad shouted at Doubar when the spell started to work?

8. The ending talk on the board, what Firouz found in the diary and the last talk of Doubar and Sinbad

1) Mal's death

Bryn: Mal died of his wounds overnight.
Albetta: *sighs* He was so young.
Bryn: *to Firouz* Albetta thinks Mal was one of the werewolf's victims.
Firouz: Mal wasn't killed by the creature.
Bryn: How did he die then?
Firouz: Stab wound. Through the heart.

[note: Wow, Manche, that was good listening from your side! I didn't even realize that mumbled sentence was spoken by Albetta, or that it actually meant something. But since you mentioned it, I listened harder and it appears you are just right. He does say "He was so young". ]

2) Yaga's words
Yaga: *to Doubar* I came to see if you're alright.
Doubar: Alright? Oh, I'm just fine. Tonight, and every night there's a full moon, I'm going to turn into a killing machine. Oh, I'm fine. Just perfect. Never better. *starts to cry* Yaga, please end it. Take my sword. Yaga, I don't want to kill. I don't want to hurt my friends. I proffer. (?) Please, end it now. Please!
Yaga: *shakes head* If it were in my power, I would.
Doubar: Then I will do it myself.

3) Sinbad's desicion

4) Bryn and Yaga talk
Bryn: *joins Yaga* You're a healer, aren't you?
Yaga: I was.
Bryn: You were here to help Mal?
Yaga: *nods* Mal was bitten by a werewolf when in my country. Those who bitten who do not die become accursed themselves. I followed him here to help. (But) his father would not believe the words of peasant Yaga until it was too late. Kulu came round and brought back the herbs I needed, but too late. Bryn: I don't know what my powers are. But could I be such a channeler?
Yaga: Perhaps. There are so few in this world.
Bryn: I'm going after him.

[note: Seriously, I just have to get rid of that: I understand the brother-to-brother moment at the end is amazing, but did anyone notice how Bryn obviously feels she's ready to sacrifice everything for Doubar, while Sinbad's main plan is to kill him? It's kinda unfair that she ends up being unable to help and do nothing but watch as Sinbad saves the day. >.>]

Sinbad: Now that the curse ended, his soul can find eternal rest. Yaga has his job to do and we have ours. So let's do it.
Dermott: *squawks*
Sinbad: You want me to take over for a while?
Doubar: I'm fine. I don't need you to baby me. And... and don't watch me like a hawk. That job's taken. *nods towards Dermott*
Sinbad: Doubar, your manners are positively beastly.
Doubar: I guess I'll just have to work on them. But thanx for pointing that out to me.
Dermott: *chirps*
Doubar: Now don't you start!

[note: I really love the last bit. It's one of the rare occasions in S2 where Dermott really is a crew member and not just a bird. ]

Now, as you can see, again I added two question marks. With both I'm not entirely sure if I really understood them correctly. What I heard would make sense though, which is why I wrote it down for you. But I don't give a guarantee on this being precise. At any rate though, I hope I was able to help.

Thank you, I think that i will finish the subtitle for this episode tomorrow, after that i will look at it completely and if i had some uncertainties can I ask there after that? I am grateful for your help very much, i would have serious trouble with the creation of the subtitle without your help.

And i must agree with you, Bryn's approach was very nice, she was willing to do everything for his rescue and Sinbad did not try to find any alternative, it sounds very strangely for his character, i would expect that the whole crew will try to find some solutions and there was nothing (something similar was also in the episode The beast of Dark, where Sinbad was seriously thinking about leaving Bryn on the island.) But despite of this, he was supposed to be the hero at the end. But it would be great if Bryn saved Doubar, especially for supporters of their relationship (as we are).

I agree with Dermott also, he was very rarely shown as the full member of the crew in the second season. I must admit that I have never understood why Dermott returned to the crew in the Sacrifice, i would expect that he would have rather been with his own sister, he had certainly a closer relationship to her than to the others, so why he did not join to her in the another realm, Dim Dym could have taken care of it, if he was able to do it for Maeve.

And one more question, in one scene was said that Mal is gone and the next day without any explanation he was suddenly back in the house? But I like that Albetta was sorry because of his death, because at the beginning of the episode was described as an arrogant fool but later he was shown in a different way. He was the interesting character for me, although he looked as the replacement of Omar (and Yaga as the replacement of Caipra)

So, I finished my subtitle and i have a few additional questions:

1. When was Kulu angry at the beginning Doubar said that he unloads his cargo and Sinbad commented something about collecting of fear and really Bryn said he is not angry at us?

2. Three men in dock they heard some noise what they said i think that one of them said "look at point. you should go what it was." and the second man said something similar the third man i am right?

3. In kulu house, Firouz commented (when Mal said that nobody saw this creature) something that the people are fearful and something similar, after that Sinbad said that something real killed the men in the dock firouz said "some sort of wolf. the jungle cat or something" i am not sure of this

4. The last question is the reassurance: when Sinbad asked if someone tried to hunt the creature, really Mal said "only entire city."

Aye, that's what mainly bothers me about this ep. That neither Sinbad nor the other guys seem to look for alternatives, which is kinda sad. Bryn in contrast to this seems to grasp at every straw, but she's the one who ends up failing. Being a shipper or not, it would have been only fair if she had gotten to safe Doubar in the end. I mean, I know, Sinbad's the hero and he's his brother, too, and the two share an amazing bond and the saving-scene was brilliant... but... it just doesn't quite work out for me.

But it would be great if Bryn saved Doubar, especially for supporters of their relationship (as we are).

Ah, definitely! It would have been awesome.

Oh, but true about the Best of the Dark. It was just the same there. Sinbad was just about to leave Bryn behind although he knew the kid subconsciously created a monster whenever he was upset about something. I mean, sure, he's the captain and he's got some other 20-or-something people to take care off... it was risking one life against risking two dozen but still. I don't think he'd have EVER done something like that in S1. Rather he would have stayed behind himself and tell the others to go (which, admittedly, he did when he realized Bryn's plan didn't really work too well, but still...).

And as for Dermott: Well, I always assumed that there had to be a reason to his return. It must've been important or esle he would have followed Maeve I'm sure (and true that, I can't believe that DimDim could pull Maeve into the spell but not one little bird). Of course, neither S2 nor the rough S3 outline give any hints towards this, but seeing whatever happens/ed after S2 is up to our own imagination anyway, I will just believe it was his fate to return and journey apart from his sister for the first time in his life.
