Ahoy, mateys!!  Welcome to the wonderful world of Touch of Destiny!! After some long pondering, I finally decided to create this separate thread for my story because I wanted to have an official place where I can answer questions, keep you posted on updates and delays (let’s hope there won’t be too much of those  ), and also because as the story progresses, I’ll be posting pictures of my ideal cast for my original characters, soundtrack music I associate with certain scenes, and I know my wonderful sister Kriss will craft some little jewels of artwork with her unique talent as usual, which she already has. Indeed, here’s what she created for Prologue 1 – Gathering Storm, which literally looks like a still of the scene Maeve and Sinbad share before the storm hits! Thanks again, dear! Hello again, mateys! I don't know if you guys have read it yet, but as you may have noticed, Prologue 3 - Secrets contains a lot of new information concerning some of the major plotlines that will progressively unfold in the story, and it also mentions two new characters, Galen and Beyar. Now, I'm just dropping by quickly to give you a visual of those two characters as they will become quite important in distant chapters. And also because I have a knack for associating my characters with actual actors when I write. Just wait, I will be doing this quite often as you meet my little string of new characters in the next couple of chapters. But for now, here's Galen and Beyar! Goodness, I'm so sorry for not updating every week like I promised to do!  I just can't keep up with such a pace! It's impossible! My schedule is simply too hectic! But I WILL post this weekend, I promise!! Perhaps even tomorrow night if I can!! And you guys will get two chapters to compensate the delay! |

We all know and understand how it is to have full schedule. But I WILL post this weekend, I promise!! Perhaps even tomorrow night if I can!! *crawls in, exhausted* I finally posted the next chapter. I hope you enjoy it and that it's worth the exceedingly long wait. By the stars, I'm so bad at this. Manche: I don't know of any official time frame, but in my story it's about 2-3 weeks at most between the end of season 1 and the beginning of season 2. |
