And dittos there. I, too, can't wait to know about her story! =)

and yeah Doubs, agree there are some scenes i like too between the crew,,, love Gunnar, Anwar and even Rina in this ep too i just meant the main story of ep and the events,,,, but crew moments are lovely ;D and about the quote does it mean that the one will try to avoid or change his destiny if he knew it earlier?

Well, I totally agree with you on that one: the story and events were kinda pointless, but you just gotta love the ep for those crew-moments. ;D And well, basically the quote means that you should not try and avoid destiny, because you might just end up invoking it this way. In the movie Oogway had the premonition that TaiLung would break free from his prison and endanger the valley. Shifu was terrified and sent a messenger to the prison with the order to double the guards. Unfortunately this was exactly the one event that was needed to provide TaiLung with the means to escape. Had Shifu not sent the messenger, maybe TaiLung would have never been able to break free. So, to summ it up: basically it means that your fate is something already decided on. As it was in this Sinbad ep. It's like the antithesis of the "the only one to decide on your fate is you, yourself". Or at least that's how I always understood it anyway, lol.

yeah now i see what it means the quote and i believe in it too so realistic ,,, and you see too it leads to that no one should be sad or angry for whatever happen to him because it's his fate that won't change and there is no way to avoid it,,,, so the one should accept his life and his fate believing that it's the good/or even best for him and tomorrow may be even way too better but never work against his fate because it's destiny by the way i loved this movie too, but watched once only

Over 200 brand new hi res photos from Episodes 1 to 7 are available over at FFASite. Details and photos from Episode 11 coming soon, stay tuned. Eps 1 to 3 new pics: www.farfarawaysite.com/section/sinbad/gallery6/gallery.htmEps 4 to 7 new pics: www.farfarawaysite.com/section/sinbad/gallery7/gallery.htmAnd an Expanded Preview for Episode 12, the Season 1 finale. No word on if it is 60 minutes, or a two hour episode, which was rumored at a point when they officially listed 13 episodes for Season 1. My guess is: 60 minutes, and the 13 episode thing was a mistake. In June, I tried to contact someone who works for the Filmed in Malta/Sinbad FB page group to get a confirm about the episode number, etc... got a rather rude response sent back about them wanting to be the only needed source for info on the show, and the person would not say anything to me, being that I'm someone who runs a fanrun website for the show which they see as "competition" to their FB thing and according to them, its disrespectful to their efforts for other fan sources to exist. Anyway, the preview contains about the finale, some known, others not. Cannot find a way to black it out for those who don't want to read it, so if there is a way, let me know and I will. Taryn (Brady) joins the crew in a quest to find her daughter Alehna (Lynch) as SINBAD is caught between two worlds trying to find his brother, Jamil (Devon Anderson, Eastenders). Sinbad learns the unsettling truth about his past and the father he never knew forcing him to come face-to-face with his chequered past. The series concludes with a difficult decision - a sacrifice that will save the crew, but change SINBAD’s life forever.
Keep Sinbad and the gang company as they embark on their final voyage. Praised by TV Choice as “Sky 1’s most spectacular new series to date”, the sweeping fantasy epic has become staple Sunday night viewing, bustling with high-seas drama, mythical beasties and welcome dollops of humour. Alas, all good adventures come to an end, and Sinbad docks with an unmissable finale packed with emotional heft and breathless action, not to mention a last-minute twist that beckons for a return trip on the Providence. Pronto.
Flashbacks help explain even Taryn’s most morally dubious/diabolical actions. A grieving mother, the sorceress will do anything to reach the Land of the Dead and bring back her daughter Alehna, played by Harry Potter favourite Evanna Lynch. On board the Providence and Taryn – still in the guise of Tiger – is closer than ever to reaching the destination when Sinbad and the crew find the entrance: the vortex of a whirpool. Well, it was never going to be a simple rat-a-tat-tat on your everyday door.
Finding themselves in the City of Limbo, they soon realise that they’re not alone. The City is monitored by gigantic creatures called Guardians, who latch onto and ‘enlighten’ lost souls, forcing them to recognise the truth of their death. In our young hero’s case, this involves a disconcerting trip to an alternate, much more unpleasant Basra, where friends Gunnar, Anwar and Rina, and even brother Jamil, have no idea who he is.
It falls to Taryn, knocked out of Tiger’s body by Gunnar (quite literally), to work her magic and save Sinbad. Still dazed and confused, Sinbad decides to take drastic action, until a much-missed face comes to his rescue… Jamil. The brothers are reunited once more and, paying it forward, they help Taryn find Alehna. This is no happy ending, however, and only one loved one will make it out of the Land of the Dead, and, even then, they’re not quite who they seem to be.

Wow, thank you, Felicia for such great material. That's awesome!!! You always put so much effort into the FFASite. Thanks a whole lot for such enrichment to the fandom! I must admit though that I find it to be disappointing of that fb group to treat you like that. I guess they don't realize that this is in fact a chance to gather even more fans for this show as, like we have proven, the fans of AoS are quite pleased with the new show and can help spread the word throughout what remains of the old fandom. But well, we can't do anything about that anyway. It's just sad. As for the preview itself: well, no, unfortunately we don't have any means of blacking something out for those who don't want to have the ep spoiled (not that I'm aware of anyway) but you can add a spoiler alert like this one: SPOILER ALERT!So that it's easier to not miss on it. I myself chose to be spoiled tho and OMG! O.O Now this is some twist I had not expected. But a cool one nonetheless. Totally looking forward to the new ep now. It's just a pity this'll be the last one so far. Really hope Sky will give them another season. I've grown to really like this crew and show. Thanx a lot for the info, Felicia. @teti: Yeah, it's a somewhat consoling thought, right? Though I guess that personally I believe in a bit of both theories and that we do have an influence on what's awaiting us (for the better or the worse) - that it's on us whether we'll meet our fate or not. Anyway. So you watched it only once? Awwww, it's one of my alltime favourite movies. Cannot stop watching it. But maybe that's also because the one who does Po in our dubbing, he's that all-time favourite comedian I once mentioned in another thread, and basically my favourite celebrety. Love him. ^^

Wow, thank a lot for the informations. And I can't believe the answer the FB group sent you! We should all help ourselves between fans. Anyway, I couldn't help myself but read the spoilers too. Wow, there's some things I'd never have expected! That seems really interesting and I cannot wait to watch it. Btw, Doubar, the next ep won't be the last one. Last Sunday it was the 10th one so there's 2 more to go. Felicia gave us a preview of Ep 12. Have you seen ep 10? I just saw it yesterday, but I'm waiting for a link without french subtitles. It was really weird. The story I mean, then I loved the creature in it, it was very well done. ;D

Same here - I'd never have suspected some of these things to happen. But they sound totally cool. Right about the fb-group tho: we should help each other throughout the fandom/s. Oh well. Seems some have some serious growing up to do there. Anyway. Aaaah, you're right. I got pretty confused there. I thought last Sunday's ep was number 11 already while it's really number 10. Whoot, that means three more eps for me to watch (which also is the answer to your question - I didn't have the chance yet to watch the recent ep ). ;D

well guys those are some interesting info ;D ;D ;D ;D i admit i didn't expect them too, however when i saw Jamil in the trailer -i guess- the idea of Sinbad travelling between 2 worlds visited me, and we knew the girl is Taryn daughter,,,, i asked myself then 2 questions: - why Taryn is with the crew peacefully as it seems they were helping her and somehow touched by the reunion? - where had gone the new girl who joined the crew lately? also i mentioned in my review of previous episode that i wasn't convinced by the way/reason how this new one was following Sinbad, and that was strange as it doesn't seem at all this was Taryn style to send some warrior or else to track her target,,, she used to do everything by herself & by magic,,,,, so yeah now all threads are fitting together,,, and i so love how it is fitting ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D in any way thanks a lot Felicia and oh i too don't like at all the fb group reply they are very rude

@ Doubie, well i guess it's kind of philosophic issues, unfortunately i'm not good at it i sometimes express what i believe without realizing it's relate to this branch,, as it's already not one of my favorite sciences at all however i found myself talking about it indirectly, but i also see what you meant here,,, you love this movie ;D me too so loved when i watched it,,,,, aww your favorite comedian played a role in it in the German dubbing that's cool, well i see why the movie is your favorite

edit something else i noticed, how Tiger could break the spell effect of the necklace of Sinbad and her bracelet if it was Taryn the one she did,,, Taryn is the witch whereas Tiger isn't i think but i forget -as always- to mention then,,,, now it's make sense too ;D ;D

@teti: Yeah, I guess that's kind of a philosophic question. xD Aww, but no, why do you think you're not good at it? It's not like I would have spent hours with thinking about such questions either. But yes, it's one of my absolute favourites. ;D And I guess it would be even if my favo comedian would not dub Po, however, since he does that makes it all the better. ;D Ooooh, and thanx for the share. That's a lovely and interesting fan-review. Hah, and so we're not the only ones to have noticed the similarities, mainly the one between Firouz and Anwar.

Aww Doubs you're welcome and yeah we're not the only ones ;D hey i left there one comment where i told her about our forum and invite her to visit us, hope it's fine about philosophy, well i just don't like that branch of Sciences that's why i said i'm bad about it,,,,, i have some idiotic thought/belief that everyone of us has his own point of view or mind so has his philosophy so how to follow others and call it sciences, why i would ever follow others opnions if i had already mine,,, why i'll think by their mind in time i have mine , or why to take their way while i can create my own way? it's complicated and idiotic me, but that what i believe that's why i don't like this branch and i feel terrible when i studied it,,,, with all respect to all philosophers but i believe that i'll never follow anyone way of thinking ,,,, i may have one common idea, means my way may met one of the ways of someone but also can't be identical and that doesn't mean i'll follow his way of thinking in all other issues,,, silly me but it's just me,, you have to see my mother looking at me when i told her that ;D her eyes were telling me things like i'm ignorant ;D ;D then she ended discussion quickly,,,,,,,, i think she likes philosophy ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
