Yes, I have! I know the movie didn't do much for me. It didn't have the same feel as the novel. It's not my favourite movie adaption. It really didn't really stick to the plot lines of the books The books are great though! I read them when I was somewhere like twelve, and reread them a couple of months ago.

Awesome! Glad to find another person who has read the books. ;D There don't seem to be many folks who have ever read Susan Cooper's sequence. And yeah, while the movie adaptation wasn't absolutely as awful as I had feared when I first heard about all the terrible changes they were making, it still was not good at all. It's too bad, because the plot line and everything would have been fairly different from other movies. I was particularly disappointed with how they portrayed the family. I first read the books when I was approximately 13 or so, and loved 'em. I especially liked "The Dark is Rising", "The Grey King", and "Silver on the Tree". I've reread them several times since then, though unfortunately not recently. Haven't had time to read books I would like to, though!

Could someone please post the order these books are in? Cause I just checked them out on amazon and they sound really interesting.

As far as I can remember, the order goes as follows: #1. Over Sea, Under Stone #2. The Dark is Rising #3. Greenwitch #4. The Grey King #5. Silver on the Tree (I'm not 100% on the order of 3 and 4, but hopefully that is accurate. xD It's been a little while since I've had a chance to read them all. )
