I though about her, because we have a lot of known positive characters who are fighting together for winning over this evil, they want to fight for their beloved people or for future of the world (for example Belkor does not have any family now when almost whole his village was destroyed, but he is still fighting) and despite that she was not completely positive character, i look at her as the positive character who would want to participate in such important fight (she was the pirate, but we can see the differences among her and the next known pirates from this tv series as Plunkett or Traxis who were true bloodthirsty pirates who work for Rumina and Turock). On the other hand, her character has such potential and it would be shame to bring her without her typical interaction with others. I do not say that all of the characters which i have brought into my story so far, will have the big role besides the fact that will be fighting alongside the crew and others against the evil, but is is a little different case. I guess i will be thinking about it and i will see which decision i will make after that. Maybe i could make a small mention of her, small cameo or something like that...
Again, thanks for nice words, i like that you have enjoyed my story. I hope the next parts will be interesting for you as well.

Well, like I said you could also still make her be your ace up your sleeve. Let her join when things look the grimmest, be that moment of hope that turns the tide. I agree, though she wasn't your typical 'goodie' she definitely was a positive character and I have no doubt that she would fight alonside the crew in this, if she were to join the battle. All the same, she has a huge potential indeed and it might be wasted if she only plays a small / unimportant role in this. So yeah, take your time with the decision. There's no rush after all.

Thanks for you advice, Doubar. I will see how i resolve this...
I hope that i did not make the impress that i simply want to return back all old characters forcefully and that i do not want miss any of them. I have the reason why i have brought back so many of them so far. When we take into the account how strong the impact of this war is, i think that it is only logical, that survivors will want to fight and help defeat our enemies. They all must cooperate and fight together if they want to defeat the evil. And i think that it is better when i show as the fighters some of our known characters instead of group of soldiers without names. Moreover, this area of world is not so big for showing more and more new characters. Some will not have such significant role in my story, i admit it, but i hope that you will understand my reasons for this number of them.

No, don't worry about that so much. You didn't give the impression that you're forcefully bringing back so many characters. The war is terrible and it affects so many lands - you created a perfect reason for them all to be there. And really, so far at no point did I feel like you're overdoing it. In fact, each known character comes as a surprise, but a pleasant one. Or at least, that's how I see it.

I wrote the next piece of my story. It is a little longer, i wanted to practise my writing skills a little, we will be writing the essay this Tuesday as the part of preparation for the final exam from English...
Doubar and Jared arrived towards the edge of city during a few minutes. During the way, they met Bryn in the company of Nesthar and three unknown men. “Where are you going, Doubar?” asked Bryn the first mate. “We have some work in the forest, Bryn. We have not much time now for talking, but I must say, I really admire you spells. You have reached the big progress in your magic.“ Bryn smiled at him. Doubar and Jared wanted to continue with walking, but Bryn had something on her mind. “You have already heard that the forest is not the safest place on this island. I think that you would need an advantage for the case of emergency.” She held out her hand and during a few seconds Dermott landed on her hand. “Dermott could go with you. He will be in safety high above you and he can warn you when it will be necessary. We do not certainly want to experience the next unpleasant surprise as when we were in the territory of enemies for the last time.” The memory stabbed her like a needle, her smile disappeared and Doubar’s feelings were not better. He simply nodded his head and he also held out his right arm. Dermott moved on his hand and both men continued with their journey. “Be careful, all of you.” shouted Bryn to them. “We will be.” replied Doubar sotto voce. “We must be. Your lady would never forgive me, if something bad happen to you.” said Doubar towards Dermott, who moved to his right shoulder after a few seconds of walking. And he did not mean Bryn now.
When both men arrived to the edge of city, the rest of men were waiting for them. There were around twenty men, including two members of the crew: Davy and Evan. They had a few tools and the old wheelbarrow for wood. Doubar looked around, but he did not know almost any face in this group. There was a very young boy, dressed in black, who reminded Doubar of somebody familiar, although he was sure that he has not met this boy personally so far. He stood a little out of the crowd and practiced the movements with his sword. “Doubar.” sounded the happy voice behind his back. He recognized him earlier than he turned back towards the owner of the voice. “How it was for the last time? The hefty fellow who fell straight from the sky. Heaven itself sent him. Did I say it precisely?” Doubar laughed and hurried to hug his dear friend Aptor. He was pleased by this meeting, but it brought him some unpleasant thoughts as well. For this reason, he asked almost immediately: “And your family?” Are they all alright?” “Fortunately, yes. They are there and try to help with defence of this city. I hope, you will find the time to greet them.” Doubar felt a certain relief, but not complete.
He had the serious reason for these unpleasant feelings. He clearly had the picture of their last meeting in his memory and he sometimes felt the certain share of guilt because of the events which happened this day. He lost in his memories for a moment. He returned in time one year back:
He was standing on the board of Nomad and together with the other people around him was watching the collapse of Rumina’s lair. He believed so strongly that they had defeated this witch forever. In the middle of this merriment, he turned back and he saw something which he did not consider to be the good sign. His smile disappeared from his mouth and he was staring at this scene. Sinbad was standing with Maeve a few meters from them and they were talking about something. After the end of their conversation, Sinbad was hugging Maeve. Doubar did not know what exactly happened but he was clearly feeling that something is wrong, that their plan did not work according to their expectations. He knew that Maeve has more troubled history with Rumina than the rest of the crew, although he did not know any details. He hesitated if he should highlight the rest of the crew, but after the moment, he noticed that Firouz was staring the same direction and that he nudged Rongar who turned towards this scene as well. “What do you think, that it means?” muttered Firouz towards Doubar. He did not have time to answer, because Maeve and Sinbad started to return towards them. He gave the significant look to Firouz and Rongar and they turned back toward the island. He felt that they would not be glad that they were witnesses of this private scene. He decided to wait if they will want to talk about it themselves later and he only hoped that Firouz chooses the same strategy. Maeve stood very close to him after that and he wished to give her some support in her sadness. Although she had the smile on her lips, he was able to recognize the sadness inside her soul. She meant so much for him, she was as the next family member. But he did not want to talk about this topic as the first person. When they finally stopped watching of this island and they were slowly leaving their places, he only smiled at her and grasped her left shoulder firmly for a short moment. She was a little surprised by this gesture, but her smile suddenly became a little warmer.
The day after that, when Sinbad and Maeve told the others about the fact that Rumina is still alive, Doubar completely realized the possible consequences of this situation. Doubar felt that it was his eloquence from the bigger part which persuaded the villagers to give them their sacred stone: the Griffin's Egg. Now, they were without their protection and Rumina could get the taste to revenge them because they gave the crew the weapon against her. He occasionally thought about it and he had the compunction because of the actual position of these villagers. He confided his feelings the rest of the crew and they tried to persuade him, that he is wrong. but it worked only partially.
When he recognized now, that village was really attacked by Rumina, his old remorse returned back in the full force. But he did not have time for long thinking over it.
“It is time to go, my friends.” said Jared and the group headed towards the forest. Two men pulled the wheelbarrow, the rest of men were strategically placed around them with their swords in hands. Dermott left Doubar’s shoulder and he was flying in the sky, high above them as the reliable guardian. Doubar was among the last men, together with Aptor and Davy. He looked towards Aptor several times and he examined the expression of his face. He seemed to be pleased this meeting and without any reproaches towards him. Doubar felt relief, but he decided that he asks him for more details about the destiny of his island later.

Boy manche, everyone really is there! AWESOME! And having Doubar feeling guilty for persuading the islanders into giving them the Gryffin's Stone and then leaving them to Rumina's revenge....that's so him! Love it! Can't wait for more!

Oh, thanks Firouz, i am really glad that you like this story and thank you for your interest about it.
When i thought about the possible development of the Rumina's storyline (without knowledge, that the second season will be without her), i thought, that the crew would feel quilty if Rumina decided to attack these people again. They borrowed the crew their only method of defence in the belief that they will be able to defeat Rumina and this attempt failed. And i believed that for Doubar it would this situation hardest. It was Sinbad's idea to use the Griffin's Egg, but without Doubar's persuasive skills, they would not have reached the deal with villagers. So, i wanted to use this my idea in my story a little. And i am glad that you think that it fits towards Doubar's character.
And i am glad that you like the usage of old known characters from this Tv series.

The next piece of my story:
When Nesthar asked Bryn for help with the verification of the story of three unknown men, she was able to recognize quite quickly, that they are really allies and without influence of a bad spell. It was understandable, that the local people were suspicious of them and they wanted a next independent confirmation. There were a few people from Basra who were able to recognize them; the old magician Tiresias and his young apprentice could confirm Bryn’s observation as well. After that, Nesthar and Bryn escorted these men towards the king Casib, he had visited Bagdad for a few times and he had met Albetta personally. It was the final confirmation, which brought them one surprising, but fortunate news that Omar is alive and even here in the city. When the men found this fact, they asked for the possibility to talk with him. “It is a small miracle for us that he is still alive. We have a duty to inform him about the fate of Basra, explain to him what happened there. However unfortunate this news is, we must say it to him.” asked Albetta for. Casib understood their wishes and he chose two men who were supposed to accompany them to the doctor’s house.
Nesthar returned to work but Bryn went with them as well, because she wanted to talk with Firouz about the incantation in the book. She had a feeling that had already prepared all possible spells for the protection of city and that she has the more important task before herself. The fact that Basra was really conquered meant that Rumina and others have one last obstacle in the final conquest of this area of the world now. They could attack the city the full force of their enormous army. Her spells and Firouz’s science could give the city more time, but Bryn was realizing that they will able to penetrate their defence after some time. They really needed to find this mysterious source of good. Firouz used his knowledge of ciphers and he found the first part of the incantation. It looked that this incantation was hidden in the book with the usage of science, probably for confusion of the potential enemies who would also want to find the way into this realm.
When Albetta and his two men Pharrin and Dranby appeared in the house of the doctor, a lot of amazing shouts were heard in this room. Some of the patients were from Basra and they knew them all very well. The examination of Firouz’s leg was finished and Velda was going among the other patients checking their health condition. “I am Velda, the local doctor. Can I help you with something, gentlemen?” Albetta slightly bowed to her. “I heard that Omar from Basra belongs among your patients. We are his compatriots and we are bringing the important news to him. Do you allow us a short talk with him?” Velda wanted to say something but she did not get the chance. “My dear doctor, this kind of information has a crucial importance for me. I believe that I am strong enough to face up reality. I really need to know more about the fate of my city.” Omar was standing in the door of his room. He had a sad smile on his lips and he was a little pale, but he really looked ready for any possible news. Velda only slightly nodded her head and she looked toward Omar with a prehensile expression. Omar motioned with a hand to his men and they followed him to the neighbouring room. Everyone felt that their appearance here does not bode well. Firouz stopped in the middle of drawing of the scheme of his ruby beamer. He questioningly looked at Bryn. She went to him and she sat next to him.
“Does it mean what I am thinking right now? I hope that my deductive abilities failed this time.” asked Firouz. “We would wish the same thing, Firouz. But unfortunately, our fears became the cruel reality. Basra is under the control of your enemies. Bagdad is the last country which is still more significantly fighting in this area.“ She was silent for a few seconds and after that she opened this important book again. Velda went to them with a bowl in her hand. “I do not want to interrupt your conversation. I have a mixture of a few my exotic herbs for you, Firouz. Give this on your leg and it should help to heal your damaged bones more quickly.” She wanted to go after these words, but Firouz stopped her. “I only want to introduce you the next member of my family. Bryn, this is Velda. The greatest woman of science who I know. And also my girlfriend.” Velda simply smiled and offered Bryn her hand. “And this is Bryn. My great friend and the very talented sorceress.” Bryn looked surprised for a moment, after that a delighted smile appeared on her face. “Firouz, it looks that you are a man full of surprises. I am honoured to meet you, Velda.” Both women shook their hands and Firouz was only slightly smiling at both of them. This nice moment lasted shortly. After that they had to return into reality. Velda returned to her patients and Firouz and Bryn continued with their discussion. “Firouz, now I must fulfil my duty. I do not leave this room until I will not find the rest of this spell. I would appreciate your help very much. “ “I will try it, Bryn. I will try it.” said Firouz in a firm voice.

Well, I have successfully finished the first important twist in my story. I must admit that i gained the inspiration from one video which i saw a few years ago, but i am quite satisfied with the result of this and i hope that it will be interesting for you as well.
Bryn opened the book on the page where they found the code for the first piece of the incantation. “When the beginning of our spell is there, maybe we will be able to find a next clue on this page.” “I was suspicious of the occurrence of the similar sequences of numbers in this book since the beginning.” Firouz pointed out the sequence of numbers on this page. “They do not have any evident sense in connection with the content of the book. One similar combination could be accidental, but twelve? I was almost sure that one of them hides a certain code. And this is the only combination which makes a meaningful text together.” Bryn repeated this text again. “When you get to the place where a new world begins, the most powerful light is leading you…” She was silent for a few seconds and she was thinking about the message of this sentence. “I know a similar spell. Caipra talked about it several times. It should help to get us into this realm. It was the first thing which I started to study in her books. But It looks that this incantation is really hidden there with the help of science only. I was not able to find anything with the help of a great variety of spells, including this powerful magic light. I do not still believe completely the thought that this wizard decided to hide this spell without the usage of any magic.” said Bryn after that. “But it makes the perfect sense, Bryn. He was afraid that an evil sorcerer could gain his book. He knew something about science; he lived for some time in Phorria, the legendary city where a lot of people preferred science to magic. I have no doubts that he learned a few useful tricks from the field of science. He realized that a lot of wizards do not have any idea about science and for this reason he used the scientific methods for a better protection of his secret.” noted Firouz.
“But what does his warning mean? It was mentioned in one of the Caipra’s books that no wizard can find this incantation and any scientist as well. But why?” They were thinking about it for a few minutes, but this concrete warning was for Firouz a similar mystery as for Bryn. “Maybe he wanted to confuse the readers of this book more.“ offered Firouz the only explanation which made sense to him. He scratched his head and he continued with his thoughts. “I believe that the rest of these sequences of numbers are the key to our problem. I have not found any sense there so far, but this does not mean…” He stopped in the middle of his speech when he noticed a strange expression in her face. He knew her quite well and he saw a similar expression in her face before. It could mean only one thing. She had an idea which could explain everything to them. He did not press her to talk about it immediately and he was waiting for her next words patiently.
“Firouz, do you know many wizards who have some experience with science? Or conversely?” “I can not say something like this. These two things are considered to be enemies for many years. We could count the similar people on the fingers of one hand, I guess.” answered Firouz honestly. “I would be the same case, if I did not know you. You taught me something about the nature of your science.” said Bryn. “I had luck that I met some people with the knowledge of magic in my life. Especially two great women who taught me to believe in magic more. But I am not sure…” “Exactly, Firouz. It is not usual. Wizards do not usually know anything about science and it works similarly for scientists. The author of this book had experience with both these things. It is only my guess, but this explains everything, especially his warning.” She stopped for a moment but after that she explained her idea to curious Firouz. “It could be truth that this spell can not find any magician or scientist. I think that both approaches are present there and when you tried to use only one of them, you never find the complete incantation. Scientific approach is used there as the first, probably for confusion of evil sorcerers as you offered before. You can not use your spell for this task until you do not encrypt the first part of the incantation with the help of a scientific method.” Firouz was looking thoughtful and he said finally “It makes sense, Bryn. The similar protection would guarantee maximal security such an important spell. And it would be the insurance that this riddle can not resolve anyone who accidentally goes around. Caipra said that only the most capable people can find this spell.” Firouz appreciatively nodded his head. “I can verify very easily, if I am right now.“ proclaimed Bryn. “I try to use this mentioned spell again. The spell of the magic light.”
She closed her eyes and she tried to concentrate on her task maximally. “The light of goodness, gave me strength to find what is hidden beyond the surface of our understanding. Please, lead me through the darkness and the unknown and reveal me all the secrets which I need to know.” Firouz and all people around her were suddenly feeling the presence of unknown energy which seemed that was coming directly from the depths of the Bryn’s soul. “Look at this book.” cried Velda suddenly. The book which was in the hands of Bryn a few seconds ago suddenly raised in the air and it landed on a nearby table. The book opened on an unknown page and two words were shining a strange golden light. Firouz quickly grabbed a piece of paper and a quill and he enrolled these words. The pages were slowly turning and he saw the similar coloured words on them.
When Bryn opened her eyes again, she saw the astonished faces of the people around her. The book was closed again and Firouz was reading the small piece of paper. “I think that you were successful, Bryn. I always knew that you manage it. You are really a great woman. One of the best women who this earth has.” He started to smile and he rushed to hug her. “You have the same merit in this success, Firouz. Without decipherment of the first part, I would not get a chance to use this spell.” said Bryn with relief in her voice. "The real cooperation of magic with science for the resolution of a problem. It could become an important historic moment." said Firouz excitedly. When he released his embrace, she smiled at him one of her most beautiful smiles. Firouz gave her the paper with the second half of the incantation. “We should inform Sinbad very quickly. We must hit the road as quickly as possible.” When Firouz and Bryn were leaving the house the atmosphere in the room was completely different than a few minutes ago. New hope was feeling everywhere. Dranby was the witness of this scene as well and he informed Omar and his fellow fighters. Despite the fact how much were all shaken the fall of their town, this news improved their mood a little.

The next piece of my story. A little longer for this time...
At the same time, Doubar and the group of volunteers were loading a few strong trees on the wheelbarrow. There still was a little sun. Evan and two next men were on patrol for the case that an enemy appeared. Doubar was working in the close proximity of the unknown young guy. He saw that the boy is capable of handling a nice piece of work, but he seemed to be in a certain distance from the others from an unknown reason. When Doubar was a few meters from him later he asked Jared one question: “Who is this guy, Jared? I still have a feeling that I have seen his face somewhere.” Jared sheepishly scratched his head and he was silent. “And it looks that he is not a very sociable person.” continued Doubar. “It will be better when you asked him personally, Doubar. He has a reason for his a little strange behaviour. He has experienced quite unpleasant times in his life and he still drags his past inside him. We all think that he is a little hard to himself but we try to respect his attitude to this.“ Doubar looked a little confused after this Jared's speech but Jared only bent down to the further tree. “I can tell you one thing, Doubar. It is a good boy. When you do not have any prejudices...” Doubar nodded his head and helped Jared to lift the tree. He was quite curious of which dark secret hides the history of this guy, but he did not intend to pry somehow.
Out of blue, Dermott was flying low above their heads with a roar. He repeated his roar a several times. “He is feeling some danger, I am quite sure of it.” told Doubar loudly after the first warning all people around the wheelbarrow. The men from the patrol pulled their swords quickly; some of the people around the wheelbarrow did the same thing. “Are you sure of it, Doubar?” asked Jared. “We still have a few next trees there...” “We can not have any better guardian than our feathered friend.” objected Doubar. “We need a few men for steering of our wheelbarrow here.” shouted Jared to the rest of people. “I am seeing a few unfriendly warriors in my field of vision!” shouted Evan. Eight men gathered around the wheelbarrow, Aptor was among them and the group started to return to the city. A few men were at the back of this group for the case that the enemies would reach them before the edge of the city. Doubar, Jared, Evan and the young boy were among them. Dermott was flying towards the city to warn the people here.
They had the city within sight when the enemies reached the back of this group. There were a few skeletons and two Scratch's fire fighters. The last few men put up a fight with them and a ferocious fight started there. Men were able to give some time to the rest of group which was able to arrive to the edge of city. When the fighting men noticed it, they started to retreat towards the city as well. Evan was a little late and one of the skeletons stabbed him in his left leg. He fell on the ground and the enemies were almost by him. The young boy and Doubar bravely set off to help him almost at the same moment. They repulsed the first enemies which attacked him and they tried to keep busy the last few remaining enemies. Jared and one of the next soldiers helped Evan to stand up and they propped him during the last meters remaining into the city.
There was a big crowd of people who was watching the dramatic return of the group to the city. Dermott led Bryn and Firouz there as well. “Doubar, start to run! Quickly! I have a small surprise for these boys!” shouted Bryn to Doubar. Doubar and the boy were the last two members of the group who did not reach the edge of the city. Doubar nodded to his companion and they waved their swords towards their enemies for the last time and after that they quickly ran towards the edge of the city. Bryn held out her hand and sent a red beam against the enemy soldiers. They were thrown back a few meters and it gave both men time to reach the edge of the city. “What now?” asked someone in the crowd. Bryn muttered something sotto voce and she put her hand in the front of her head. Suddenly something green stepped out of land and it slowly expanded to the sky. Everyone was looking at it in deep amazement.
One of skeletons suddenly stood up and he started to run towards the city again. A few men pulled their swords for the next fight but it appeared to be unnecessary. The skeleton crashed into an unknown barrier and he was thrown away again. “It works.” said Bryn excitedly. People looked confused; the first meaningful response was done by Firouz. He picked up a stone from the ground and he hit it towards the enemies. The stone hit the barrier and flew back towards the watching crowd. “Does it mean what I am thinking?” said Doubar towards Bryn. “It is a protective wall. My last spell for the protection of this city. Nobody can penetrate this wall now.” “It seems to be quite tall.” noted Firouz. “It does not have any end. Even Harpies are not able to get into the city now. It gives us some time for finding of this weapon.” replied Bryn him. All people around her started to cheer. “Bryn, you are really a great woman. I always knew that with you on our side we can win this damn war. I do not know what we would do without you.” shouted Doubar excitedly and gripped Bryn in an enthusiastic embrace. He was so enthusiastic that he lifted her a few feet above the ground. Bryn was simply smiling and her face blushed because she heard the similar praise from many mouths around her. When Doubar finally returned her to the firm ground, she was still smiling, but she was thinking about their next actions as well. “Now, we must find Sinbad and inform him about finding of this incantation. This spell will help us only for some time. We can not waste any time, it is necessary to hit the road into the another realm.” People started to return towards their work, Jared and two next men went to the doctor with the injured Evan. Doubar looked at the wall for the last time. “I have never thought that I will be so grateful that I am surrounded a similar wall again. It was not the pleasant experience when we faced a similar situation for the last time. Do you agree with me, boys?” Firouz slightly nodded his head and Dermott released a similar affirmative shriek.
Firouz and Bryn went to find Sinbad after that, but Doubar stayed there a few minutes longer. He had something on his mind. He went towards the young boy who was still there. He had a small scratch on his right arm, but it was not anything serious. “Good job, the man. You are a brave soldier. Evan maybe would not be there without your help.” “It was my duty.” said the boy. “We are all on the same ship in this fight. Everyone would do the same thing.” Doubar offered his hand to this boy. “I am Doubar.” “I heard of you, the sir. I know that you are a member of Sinbad's crew. I am honoured to meet you personally.” He shook the Doubar hand firmly. “I am Timour.”

The next piece of my story:
At the same time, where Doubar was working in the forest and Firouz with Bryn were trying to decipher the incantation, Sinbad was in the streets and he was searching for any materials which could be useful. He met a few known people during his searching but he did not have much time for some discussions with them. Despite this he experienced the meeting with one old friend whose sad story reminded him of his own painful experience which he tried to bury very deeply inside his soul. Firouz send some instructions for the initial phase of creating of his improved crossbows after Matsue. Some men were able to start with it without the Firouz’s help and one of these working men was Sinbad as well. One of his old friends appeared there during this work and he joined to the working men. This man was Turhan.
“Sinbad, I am glad that I see you again.” were his first words. Sinbad was pleased with this meeting but he recognized almost immediately that Turhan is not in the good emotional state. His smile looked a little forced and he simply started to work without any next words, he only shook Sinbad his hand before. All people who Sinbad had met so far were affected the situation in this area of the world in a certain scale and Sinbad did not have doubts that Turhan experienced a horrible experience as well. Sinbad did not want to ask him some curious questions, but he was supposed to find out the exact reason of the Turhan’s sadness very quickly. “Do you think that the Firouz’s inventions help us to win the battle about this town?” asked Turhan in the middle of the work. “I can not know it, but his inventions helped us to get out of a lot of difficult situations in the past. I believe that this time it will not be different. And we have a few next tricks in the sleeve as well.” Turhan was silent after these words for a moment, he played with the axe in his hand and he started to talk again.
“I hope that you are right. I can not die in this city. I have my big mission out there. And want to start with it very soon. Every minute of waiting for it kills me.” Sinbad was silent; he was not sure what he should say. But Turhan continued with his talking: “She is somewhere out there, Sinbad. I do not know if she is alive or not, but I know one thing; I will not stop searching for her until the moment when I find her or the truth about her destiny. When I manage it, I will not need anything more in my life.” “Your Jial...” whispered Sinbad and he looked at his friend. He simply nodded his head.
“It happened three months ago. Our village was attacked some of Turock’s human followers. Their leader… I do not forget his name until my death. Such a terrible man. He named Maleck. Our village was small and they were outnumbered. I was injured during this fight.” he showed Sinbad a scar on his chest. “We were defeated very quickly and Turock wanted some of us as his new servants, so we should have been transported to him. Maleck was allowed to take a small trophy as the reward for his services. His trophy was supposed to be Jial. I could not do anything. I was so weak at this time. I would do anything for her rescue, but I was not able to do it. ” He stopped during his talking and he shook the head. “We were transported to one of the conquered islands by the ship of the pirate Thang. Some of my neighbours cared about me during this time; I do not know why the enemies did not kill me immediately, but it is not important anymore for me. Maleck sailed away with Jial on an another ship.”
“How did you get from their captivity?” asked Sinbad. “It was not my worthiness. I was not still completely recovered at this time. There was a riot on the ship. Thang was killed and the prisoners gained the control above the ship. We were heading to the island of the king Callas who was not attacked so far and it was the nearest.” “And did you find something about…” started Sinbad his next sentence. “I did not know at all where Maleck wanted to go. I was still affected by my injury. And Arborea was attacked only a few days after our arrival. Our enemies were outnumbered and we were forced to evacuate this island. We got here a few weeks ago.” He was silent for a few moments and he only concentrated on their job. “I heard from one of the inhabitants of Scroff that Maleck was killed during his attack on their kingdom. They did not know anything about Jial; she was not apparently there with him. I can not search for her in the situation where all world around us is in the fire. But when we defeat this evil, I will be searching for her until the moment when I will find her. I will start in Scroff and I will turn the whole world upside down, when it will be necessary.” added after a moment.
He was staring towards the sea which he could not see, but he felt its proximity. “I must find her, Sinbad. She is the only woman whom I have ever loved. I can not live without her. The thought that she is waiting somewhere for me is the only thought which gives me strength to continue with my effort there. I believe that we will meet again.” Sinbad grabbed the shoulder of his friend firmly. “I understand how you are feeling right now. Too much. I experienced a very similar situation.” Turhan looked at him questioningly, but Sinbad did not say anything more.

Dear Firouz, thank for your interest and your nice words.
I admit that the plot with Turhan was planned exactly for this reason, now he and Sinbad share the almost identical story and i think that for this reason Sinbad would admit his feeling for Maeve before him and Turhan would understand him better than anyone else for this reason. And similarly as in hell house, this situation helped him to completely realize and clarify his feelings for Maeve definitely. And although i do not plan to decribe the searching of Turhan for Jial more in detail, i will give you a solution of this subplot as well.
I guess, that I do not spoil your surprise when i say that you are right, now when our crew know the way into the another realm, they set off to save all their friends and the rest of incarcerated people. Bagdad is now protected against evil thanks to Bryn's magic and Firouz's science.
And I am glad that you like that the cooperation of Bryn with Firouz for finding the spell. I was thinking about it for a longer time and I did not wish the possibility that only one of them would be a hero who would find this spell. I really like the moments of teamwork within the crew in this tv series and for this reason the finding of this spell is the common work of both. It showed their friendship and the mutual respect, both were able to understand the approach of the second towards the world. Bryn learned to understand Firouz's science and he learned to believe in magic as well (but also Maeve had her share in the fact that Firouz learned to believe in magic). One could not finish the finding of this spell without the second.
