I figured that the mage could be just some nameless open hearted person.. but then I thought it could be someone who reports to Scratch when anything "interesting" occurs.
Kinda leaving it open ended .. sort of a blank that could be filled in later.. or not lol.

I'm cool with it.. Maybe when she struck out on her own, the mage gave Khei just enough money to hitch a ride on some ship and found her way to Bagdad?

Khei: *yawns* Whoa, way too late already over here. xD Anyhow, yup, just like that for example.  And in Bagdad you could run into Thea if you two are fine with this. And Scratch could pay you a visit. You three could start a bit of an own plotline there if you want and either does the crew then join you there or in case we continue to be stuck in Basra (and depending on whether Scratch manages to influence khei or not) the devil could give you a reason to change locations. In any case I'd think it to be a nice idea and good oportunity for the two/three of you to start rp-ing.

Hey Khei, I just had an idea.  You said Khei had brown hair and deep green eyes, right? Well, I haven't come up with an actress yet but I remembered a pic I once used as an avatar. She's taken from some game (have no idea which one though) and would fit just perfectly I think*. Just have a look at her and tell me what you think. Here you are.  *Her freckles might be added through photoshop or any other software. P.S.: In the long run I personally would still favour her becoming real human though but there's no rush about that. |

That's not half bad actually. I might be getting a sig done by a friend on DA, at least until I/we figure something else out. Andrea actually does artwork that almost looks like a photo sometimes.. Yeah Andrea Koupal is one of the best Psychedelic artists from the MZDM.. IMO Second only to Seby. (I KNOW I couldn't afford a piece from Seby and she rarely does trades and even then only really with her personal friends)

@ Khei: Hmm, I like the idea of the old geezer being an espionage for Scratch all this time. Regarding that, when do you want Scratch to show himself and his spy's true colors? Immediately in the beginning? Or after a while which'll lead up to that shocking revelation? Imagine if Sinbad and his crew runs into her, they'd probably discern her as a foe.
And as for the art you just showed, I've got four words to say

@ Scratch Might be more fun to build up to it.. Maybe good ol' Scratch comes to her in disguise and cons her into doing his bidding. Maybe even convincing her the good guys are the bad guys etc.. Given she's ignorant of the world and she intends to be a good person and whatnot.. well Scratch would have fun toying with her in such a way right?

@thea: Awww, that's so good to hear! And welcome back, honey. *hugs* Khei: I know, I know, I'm not part of this plot but I wanted to give you my feedback on your idea nevertheless. And I personally like what your mentioned. It would make for a nice change and thrilling plot to have someone who in fact wants to be good be lurred to the bad side (or at least Scratch would try to do so - whether it works or not has to be seen ). Also I think it to be an interesting thing for Scratch to play. Just wanted to get rid of that. *vanishes and leaves the plotting up to you guys again ^^ * |

Khei: That's reminiscent of how Scratch tried to trick Sarah (Modestus' former character in this rpg) into turning against not only Bryn, but Sinbad and his crew. So yeah, I'm fine with Scratch alienating Khei too, so can't wait to play it all out. Be prepared for some psychologically wounded words, and you'll think twice about being good
