Do you have any sort of hints where she could be? Does the family of her boyfriend know anything? You said there is the possibility she is in Germany, why do you think so? Did she mention anything? A city or friends / acquantances?
I just looked up what to do in such a case. In Germany a person classifies as “missing” for the police if: - a person has left his or her usual place of residence - the place where the person is right now, is unknown - and there is the possibility of that person being in danger.
Since you said your friend is 17, according to German law this would mean she is not of age yet and therefore the police would automatically assume the possibility of danger (since people 18 up do not have to tell others where they live). I found out that the German police also deals with cases of missing people that are assumed to be in Germany but that originally are missing in other countries, so your case would fit there and maybe that would be a possibility. But I am not sure who to contact there.
Did you go to the police already? That would be the first step.

Her boyfriend hasn't parents and he is adult. One thing that we know is that he has friends in Germany and faw moths ago Ania said soemthing abouth them to her sister. But she said only that they live in Germany and that Ania with her boyfriend can visit them and stay there. No one else know that people.
Yes, her parents went to the police, at the same day when she left.

Hm, that sounds tricky Did the police get into contact with German police? If they didn´t, then maybe her parents should get into contact with them. And as I said, if you need someone in case they want to send an E-mail and they don´t know anyone that can speak German, I am willing to help. Other than that: did you start a chainmail? I´d say it might be an idea to send a short text as in “we are looking for… last we saw her she was wearing this and that….” And her picture to the people you have web addresses of and ask them to pass the text and picture on. Like this you could reach a lot of people, maybe even someone who has seen them. I am googling right now and trying to find online places where you can post about people you are looking for…

My recommendation is to send it to both Germany and Poland, that way the search will go quicker. And ask the police. Even if they don’t know where she is, they should send a search. That is what they do in the States. They have dogs, too, which could help.

Yes, polsh police have dogs too, but they are not like police in the States. In Poland more popular and effective are private detective but her parents don't have money

Oh, honey! I know I can't really provide help because I'm a world away...but if I can be of any assistance whatsoever just ask... And the chainmail is a pretty good idea if you ask me! It'll help getting people more and more alert. *hugs* Hold on, she'll be fine. Evie reporting for moral support!

@kriss: You mean the police don't conduct searches. What do they do all day? Sit in front of the TV? Sorry, excuse my rudeness. But I am shocked. Contact the German police. According to Nili, they do searches.
