A question. So the crew is right around the corner now? In that case Dermott doesn’t need to send Bryn a mental image of the fight to alert her? They still haven’t re-opened their telepathic connection...

@kriss Oh, that’s intriguing, I’m looking forward to it even more now ;D ;D @kal Thank you dear. I’d like to draw more in the future hopefully I too love the way DL always let us to inspire each other. The amount of stuff we have collected on our ship is amazing @doubs I didn’t know, it’s really useful (especially for countries where there’s still censorship). :takes notes, just in case:

Girls, thank you so much, I’m glad you like my pic. FirelandThanks alot Fire. I’m glad she is showing emotion on her face. I’ve often troubles in drawing expressions, since I have a cartoonish style ^^; Me too. My heart had been broken for years since season 2 aired, there was plenty of angst even if Sinbad never moaned openly, and Maeve wasn’t there. Maybe I’m just channeling their sadness through fanworks because of what I couldn't to see at time. @doubar Do not worry dear, there will be plenty of time for dA when you’ll be back home. I’m glad it conveys the right emotions, but actually it’s above all Maevelynn’s credit, since her insight is so detailed and passionate, and made me feel as if I was watching what season 2 failed to deliver. It made me all dreamy ehehe. Oh wow, I don’t use skype, But I didn’t know it could avoid internet restrictions. That’s why I think censorship will never really work. People will always find ways to trick it. @ Kriss Thank you so much Dear. And of course you can use my pic, what inspired me to was Maeve’s pool idea, but also your pic promo tread here. Ah, and by the way, I had to reduce the size for dA, so if you need an HQ version, or the one without watermarks and frames, just tell me . I can’t wait to watch your project. RuminaSister mine. :hugs: I’m fine dearie, even if the winds are sometimes cold up there in the skies ;D I’m really happy you like my picture, after all you have been the main source of inspiration, and after reading your writings I couldn’t help but start drawing. But since I am an hopeless procrastinator I put the WIP in idle soon. And yesterday I finally felt like finish the coloring. About time!!! I’m the one honored if you use it as a desktop. A little celtic knotted table? I’m sure it’s absolutely lovely, of course I’d like to see it.

Dermott!!!!!! Now I can finally do what I wanted to for years. Use Maeve's theme as the default ringtone for my cellphone. ;D You, too? I wanted to do the same. ;D Unfortunately when clicking on the link it just says "file not found" for me. Does it work with you? Yes, it does. And I'm already using it. I'm so happy If you have download problems I can send it to you by mail eventually? It’s not an heavy file methinks

I have a new Promo Pic that I think would fit this tread. Only, unlike Kriss’ and Doubar’s fanworks it is not a manipulation but a drawing. Inspired by Maeve’s seeing pool idea. ^__^ 0daisy0.deviantart.com/#/d4t4lvl

A Doubs already said I'm Italian Ban, It would be a pleasure to help you. Ma va là is a colloquial expression, used to convey incredulity, something like “are you serious”? Or even “oh come on stop it, I don’t believe you”! But it depends on the context. Literary it is translated as “But go away". "But Go there” In the song it is used in a figurative sense, even if in an affectionate, but at the same time sarcastic way. Ma va là Come off it (are you serious? Don’t say it) La rana dello stagno ad Hanoi, che fa? What is the frog pond doing at Hanoi? Dopo che ha fatto il bagno va all´università After bathing she goes to university Va per imparare come cinguettare She goes to learn how to chirp E adesso fa cip cip invece che cra cra and now she says tweet tweet instead of ribbitt ribbitt cip cip cra cra tweet tweet ribbitt ribbitt cra cra cip cip ribbitt ribbitt tweet tweet cip cip cra cra tweet tweet ribbitt ribbitt cra cra cip cipribbitt ribbitt tweet tweet E tra chi fa Cip cip cra craAnd among who says tweet tweet ribbitt ribbitt C´è un gallo che fa miao! There’s a rooster who says meow Ma va là! Ma va là! Come off it! Come off it Ma dai, che storia è questa?Come on, what story is this? Ma va là! Ma va là!Come off it! Come off it! Invece, invece è la verità!On the contrary, on the contrary it is the truth. Il piccolo usignolo ad Hanoi, che fa?The little Nightingale, what does he do at Hanoi? Dal nido prende il volo e a scuola se ne vaHe takes flight from his nest and goes to school Deve far l´esame, studia a fare il caneHe has to take an examination/test, he is studing to become a dog E invece di cip cip, sul ramo fa bau bauAnd instead of tweet tweet, on the branch he says woof woof cip cip bau bautweet tweet, woof woof bau bau cip cipwoof woof, tweet tweet cip cip bau bautweet tweet, woof woof bau bau cip cipwoof woof, tweet tweet E tra chi fa Cip cip bau bauAnd among who says tweet tweet, woof woof C´è un gallo che fa miao!there’s a rooster who says meow Ma va là! Invece, invece è la verità!On the contrary, on the contrary it is the truth. Noi studiamo ingleseWe study English Arabo e franceseArabian and French Ma l´animalese (lol this word doesn’t exist in italian, a child could use it to refer to the animal tongue)But the animal language Lo si studia làThey study it there cip cip bau bauTweet tweet, woof woof cra cra cip cipribbitt ribbitt tweet tweet cip cip bau bautweet tweet, woof woof cra cra cip cipribbitt ribbitt tweet tweet E tra chi fa Cip cip bau bauAnd among who says tweet tweet, woof woof C´é un gallo che fa miao! There’s a rooster who says meow Ma va là! I didn’t know about Sinbad-2012 (nice name btw ), and at first I was quite perplexed, but the more I read all your thoughts the more I get excited. I wonder why it took somebody 15 years to use this theme again. I’m sure it will bring a lot of new ideas into the imaginative world related to this character. I've just checked the their fb page. And the first trailer is up. Looks like it will be airing this summer (I hoped earlier) and it will end up with a cliffanger (so we can already be prepared to have a season 2). www.facebook.com/pages/Sinbad-2012/13822520292006. A random picture. I love it. The sky is so bright. And the sea is so blue. Just like in AOS season 1. I bet this show will have a lot of attention in photography.

@doubs You are welcome. And your pictures are astonishing, as always, better than the original ones. I can’t wait for your upcoming works. KheiNice Idea. Just like Doubar already said, even if we cannot apply the whole system to our board until we keep on being such a small circle, this is a creative hint which could maybe help make the fandom (and the board) grow bigger. Maybe we can use it if we are able to gain new players… the problem is…how… The collective and distinctive frame on the contrary may be a good thing, graphic-wise. About the adventures card... are they created for each tread, like the ones Kriss and Doubar are making here? Where did you guys used to put them? At the top of the respective topics? @kriss You are welcome, You deserve it since you always have wonderful ideas. Ahah I’ll try

What a original idea you had here Kriss, and you and Doubar did a grat job in adapting DL stories with your manipulations. Keep it up girls. I like all your works, especially the first one with Basra in the Background, and that featuring Majid and Kalani. I love the way they seem to lean to each other shoulder. I'm looking forward for your upcoming works

Oh Maeve, dear, I’m kind of speechless, this is what I should call a monumental job. Thank you so much for sharing your insight to the world. I’ve read it rabidly here and there (the most important parts) but I’ll surely finish it in detail as soon as possible. I feel the same way I felt years ago after season 1 ended and I couldn’t wait to know more, and then S2 broke my heart leaving me with this unpleasant void and the need to fill it with a proper conclusion. Your explanations felt like this conclusion, and made me all dreamy and giddy about aos all over again, reminding why I love so much this ship. And I kind of like the angst provided by season 2. If channeled better it could have become a great season (you know, if the characters wouldn’t have all turned into mono-nodimensional people), they just needed to insert all the things left behind between the lines, the way you did it with Sinbad’s inner turmoil. I wouldn’t lost an episode if the series had been executed like that. Even If I agree with you guys that there are very good episodes which provide a lot of new essential stuff for aos-verse (the adventurers, Rongar’s past and so on) I’ll comment the eps point by point next time, for now I just wonder , other than “what was Sinbad thinking”, and “what was Maeve doing” during the dark year… What was the hell Rumina doing? What was Turok doing? What was Caipra doing? What was all the people connected to S1-verse doing? That’s the fun in being part of a rpg I suppose. We can fill the gaps ourselves with our own imagination. ;D ;D And I can’t wait for the upcoming fan-videos, the one with the “who do you want me to be” was simply perfect.

While his sister and the wise sorceress started bickering about who should get the last word, It was not without secret amusement that he witnessed to their face-off. Of course he didn’t dare to enter their conversation, he knew better than meddle in the battle for power of two equally witted and stubborn women.
And other than that, thanks to Caipra, Bryn’s subject had been set aside at least for now. And he was grateful to the old sorceress for having given him more time. Time to get used to the idea of his sister meeting such a conflict-ridden person from their past. And time to also give her maybe the possibility to start knowing Bryn for whom she really was. But it wasn’t use to worry about it now, the first thing to do was to come back to the others and let Maeve rest.
Nevertheless her reaction gave him a strange feeling of something hidden under the surface. Even if Dim Dim could have told her he sent Bryn to the crew, she initially looked too harsh at the mention of her name. But whatever the reason may be, he wouldn’t have certainly forced her to talk about it, not when she was so eager to change the subject as well.
And this made him finally remember that since when the world around them started functioning normally once again, he still hadn’t re-opened his telepathic link with Bryn, who at this point must have been dead worried about him. However, when he was on the point to contact his friend, a mob of drunken wranglers had already surrounded his sister, who with her fierce personality didn’t fail to rebuke to their provocative allusions.
In the blink of an eye all his attention was back on the scene in front of him. His sharp senses perceiving the tension coming from the circle of people across the stone bench. So he warily stood still, and prepared to take flight and use his claws at any moment if need be.
