Happy Birthday DL, It's incredible how times flies. I'm so happy we are all still here, and proud to be part of one of the loveliest fandoms I've ever known

Doubar, Firouz Right true girls, at least we still have some links avaliable. Often old pages are saved as chache on archive.org more than the most recent ones. It's a pity, but I wonder how this process of saving the pages in chache works, becuase I think some sites like ffnet for example do not allow it :/ Anyway, I'm glad we can have those couple of old stories for the memories

I've only notice today. But seems like the site had been off the web for a while aoslibrary.heliohost.org At least the webhost suggested a couple of reasons why it had been temporary deactivated. And if it's inactivity I wonder if we could contact the original owner to see what can be done to restore it. Honestly, I don't remember who was running the library in its last incarnation (they have moved servers several times during the years). I also think they were listed in the affiliate page of the Sinbad' Pack Site. But when I checked today I've noticed the link wasn't there anymore, so I suppose they noticed the disappearence before us. I wonder if maybe they have their contacts. I'm really sad to see the library going down. I've always planned to save everything on my HD but never managed to actually do that. I did it in the past for Merlin&Calvin fanfiction webpage and when Geocities was taken down because I knew in advance. But here I kept procrastinating. Any of you guys has by any chance saved at least the list of the stories? the archive was so huge, there were even fics written when the show was still airing and Ed Naha's outline hadn't still been published. If we can have a list we could at least exchange the stories in private or PM as we often did with other lost fics in the past. Anyway, as I said before the Library changed host many times, but this last version was the most complete. Unfortunately, it hasn't be saved in cache, nor on archive.org. I've found this really old page when it was hosted on geocities (1998 circa) web.archive.org/web/20000308025510/http://www.geocities.com/TelevisionCity/Studio/4226/toc.htmlonly, the amount of stories looks small if compared to the version just taken down. I suppose another milestone of the old fandom is gone. I feel a bit melancholy now...

Oh, that’s wonderful Doubs, :instant add to the list:. Thank you so much for sharing the news girls. Not having a facebook account I can’t see the page but it's good to hear about it. And it’s exciting to have one of the original crew members see what we have created on DL so far. On another note: looking at the links... do not go to adult-ffn it is a cesspool. Like for serious. I will admit that I like a smutty fic every once in a while but fics that find their home on that site tend to be awful. There used to be a site called godawful fanfiction, in which GAFF was discussed with some hilarity... even they tended to side-step adult-FFN because of awfulness (which yes, is how I know to avoid that site! reputation saved!) Is it really that bad? Actually I still haven’t had the chance to read any of those stories, nor I have registered yet. The link popped up while I was searching for aos realted pages, but I admit I haven’t checked it properly. I can remove it from the list if it is that horrible. Ps: I’ve googled Godawful fan fiction, and the premise looks hilarious, a pity it isn’t online anymore. It must have been like a sort of Fandom Wank for fanfictions.

why, thank you Dermi I guess he'll have some tough time with Dermott though... what do you think, will Dermott feel his dark aura? while thinking of Eric character I always believed he'll, but it's up to you, so how do you think Dermott would feel /react towards him? I think he definitely will, and he’ll pay extra attention since he is going to approach Bryn and the bird is usually wary and protective. About what he is going to perceive thought … I’m unsure if it will be something dark, a sense of oppression, or the absence of the typical human energies. In your bio you say he disguised his real nature to not be tracked by other humans. So maybe Dermott can feel something due to his animal senses. But I think as soon as you and Wind start posting it will be easier to decide how, and i'll follow the flow. However, If you have something to suggest I’m all hears. It makes perfectly sense to me, and it would fit nicely with what has happened so far. I haven’t written nothing since the crew joined the Crossing Blades tread, so I can certainly adapt to whatever you girls decide to plan. I can wait and post after your introduction, or eventually make a little post saying that Bryn’s aura disappeared again right after a brief telepathic reconnection. And other than that she isn’t fighting with the others. Either way is fine with me. Also, I am now tempted to make a tiny little post with Nuray in case you have him screeching. After all, them birds got good hearing and she's on guard so surely she would notice the commotion in the sky. Oh he is definitely schreeching . Nuray can notice him whenever it pleases her , and you could write Dermott in. I was thinking to post a little thing to let the bird noticing her as well, but at that point I’d wait for Wind and Teti to decide what to do, so to let Dermott feel what’s happened to Bryn too. Ahahah or maybe they already had, and one of them is secretly controlling him with magic from afar. But it could be impossible for us do-gooders to tell. Just kidding

I ‘m really enjoying the Crossing Blades tread as well. And I love all ragey wrath-driven Sinbad, especially because it’s only a couple of days since he had been last tested in Hell House. It’s realistic that there are still after effects of what he is gone through, and the three of you have been portraying this in a very nice way. As for the rest of the crew I like the separate treads idea, this is Sinbad and Maeve’s moment, and they’ll need some space on their own to properly “reunite” once Baldy will be finally knocked down. I’m unsure if posting with Dermott or not. I’d rather leave him flying in the sky as seen from the rest of the fighters’ points of view. He has certainly noticed Maeve going into a blind alley, and that the captain has subsequently followed her. But it was so narrow and the stands’ curtains so near to each other that it was impossible for him to plane on the actual scene. I may assume he could have alerted the others through Bryn, but everything is so convoluted that she is maybe too busy fighting with her own opponent. The last time I have posted with Dermott they had reconnected their telepathic link if I remember correctly, but she hasn’t replied since then, so posting from Dermott’s perspective would need to write her in. My idea is to let him keep shrieking in the sky and circling on the dead-end street without posting, and the rest of the fighters may eventually notice that. TetiI can’t wait to have Eric join the fun as well, he looks like as a very interesting addition. But maybe Elisabeth is right, everybody is so involved in Maeve’s return for noticing Eric during the fight. I like the tavern idea. Why don’t you introduce Eric in a traditional way for somebody who is on job-hunt to work on a ship? Usually in this situations sailors go to the docklands and try to find themselves an occupation. Eric may just do that, and eventually talk with somebody who knows the Nomad’s searching for a new recruit since Sean has left not long ago. Sinbad has certainly left some men onboard, they may redirect Eric to the Tavern where their captain is lodging and he will be right there when the crew comes back. And Rongar and Kriss may chat with him in the meanwhile and introduce him to the others later on. You would also have a personal tread to introduce Eric as a character, and maybe giving us a glimpse of the Desert Rose which is eventually anchored in the port as well? Just a couple of ideas here and there.

Wonderful posts everyone. All the fighters are making a fabulous job in giving life to the scene. I can't wait for Maeve and Sinbad to finally meet face to face Same for Elisabeth's introduction. I'm sure she will fit nicely with the Basra gang. When is her arrival placed in comparison to the current events in the rpg timeline?

Rumina, No harm done, I’ve just fixed it. It sounded stange to me too that she came a up with the crew on that particular situation. MajidThank you dear , oh well indeed the Captain was far from been his true self during S2 ;D Aww you are right!, sorry, I’ve accidentally added another thug (as if they aren’t enough that way). Ehehe if everybody is waiting for Majid’s bio, is because you are doing a wonderful job with him KalaniAwww thank you, I’m looking forward for the development about Majid and Kalani backstory once they leave the crew and meet Kate
