i just worry that it would be potential for non-essential -or what you call it? non-canon?- character that the readers would be annoyed and left it,
that's it, but i appreciate your help so much, thanks for accepting helping in it when time comes,

And I think I understand your fears. Such kind of character is called OC or "original character" and indeed it's always a tad difficult to bring them into an existing world. If they are too perfect, flawless and important there's chance readers might get annoyed with it. But on the other hand, if you think of my Chiara... she's the epitome of a MarySue (exactly the kind of character that might annoy readers) but since she's not in the limelight and the main focus still lies with the crew nobody minds. So, what I try to say is, it's always a question of many things together whether a new chara is easily accepted by readers or not. And so far I have no reason to believe that you'll have troubles with your OC.

Btw. dear, I already started on the beta. But I fear it might take me some time. The chapter's quite long (which isn't a bad thing though! It just makes this be more text to look through) and there's quite some other stuff I have to do as well so... I apologize if I won't be done as quickly as you'd hope I would. But I'll try to not let you wait too long. <3

and aye, i hope he figures it out too

about the description ... is it good that way or it weakened the story ? i wrote a quite some paragraphs before the dream starts, the description in the dream was essential for further events, but before the dream i hesitated, thinking i talked too much, thing is i needed to make things clearer ,,, you know things that weren't obvious in S2, i wanted to link both Seasons and make things related gradually so i felt the urgency to talk about Sinbad feelings and how/why he hided them,,, his own thoughts about everything and so on.
so does it have bad effect on the story ?what do you think ?
