I LOVE the idea with the mirror! That was just GREAT! How he was fascinated of his human self and how Rumina came to him as his double - emerging from the mirror! What an amazing image!

Yes, I wanted the memory up front so, even if my Rumina impression wasn't the best, the emotional hits would compound her words.

Yes, during this time period it was rather normal to have large amounts of children as 9 time out of 10 many died in their early years to sickness.

And that they're the children of Tristan and Isolde. Really interesting!

And so Rumina's mother was no innocent person either, do I take this right? I mean, if she was being banned than obviously you're not taking up on Naha's idea of Turok's wife having been good, right?

Well...Brietta's not Bri if that's what you mean! LOL You see, in my KA story, Brietta is a guardian priestess, meaning she guards the gates to Avalon with magic and weaponry. But, before she come to Avalon, she had simply been a merchant's daughter in Rome. But, not Roman herself...she was raped by Christian soldiers and left for dead.

Lady Ingrain, Arthur's mother, and also a Roaming Priestess, while roaming the world for more girls with magic to take to Avalon, found Brietta and healed her.

Brietta's rape marred her soul and gave the evil and avenue into her, her soul and magic.

She wasn't evil, per se, but she wasn't good either...more gray than white or black.

Unfortunately, with her banishment her darker side came forth and she ended up with Turok and had Rumina.

**In my story, Rumina and Bryn aren't sisters, but Bryn and Maeve are second cousins on Bryn's father's side (King Arthur) and Maeve's mother's side (Isodle)...meaning Arthur and Isolde are cousins.

All in all: yet another brilliant chapter! I really like this test and how Dermott solved it.

I am too, actually! Though putting Eryn in was a shock to me, but that's how it all came out! That and how his regret grew into the selfish wish inside.

And Rumina once again failed. Shall be totally interesting to see how she'll try to mess with Sinbad's test!

;D Yep! Now, I just have to get mean enough to break down Sinbad and Maeve's walls! I'm hoping that their souls will be laid bare for both to see all and hopefully put themselves back together again!

Two weeks for imagining the chapter up to matchup with the others, and then 8 hours to type it up....

This isn't an update ( ), but I am posting two pics that have inspired my version of Maeve and Sinbad's 'soul's room' which is the chamber where the crew has been tested.

It's two different tests happening at the same time but neither Maeve nor Sinbad know it....yet!

I've decided to split Sinbad's and Maeve's test up into two chapters....just to fit it all in! LOL!!!

I'm still in the planning stage....as in writing it all down in a journal, but it's happening!

Maeve's picture is actually a painters version from the 15th century about what he hinks Avalon looks like! LOL

Sinbad's is dark and tinted blue because of the darkness and guilt he's been harboring in him since well...since Doubar gave up a chance for a family to be with him! It's still has some light, still hopeful, but it's being bogged down by the guilt-hense the darkness.
