She looked around. "Hm, it's ............... a tempting little place." She looked at the devil and took a deep breath. "And I am still tied."

"Oh right." Scratch nonchalantly spoke. "As much as I hate this word, I'm going to ask you to say "please"."

She rolled her eyes. "Okay, will you please untie me?"

Scratch shrugged and said "Alrighty." With a wave of his hairy hand, the binds which tied Bryn dropped down and she was free from its squeeze.

She was so relieved that she could breath without having the air being squeezed out of her. She took a deep breathe, exhaled, and squinted at Scratch. The devil was getting on her nerves but refusing him would be useless and a waste of her energy. She obviously wasn't going to go anywhere, anyway. Not with that hideous thing having a hold on her.
She let out another sigh and glanced at the table then back at the devil. She thought before she spoke. Well, if he wants to play, lets play. "Thank you. Now, I would like some fruits and vegetables, please."

Scratch complied to her request, and the pile of meat and steaks were gone. Instead, the table was adorned with Amaranth flowers, and the menu comprised of Celeries, Lettuce, Broccolis, Spinach and lots of other vegan food for Bryn.
"This good enough for your taste buds?"

She smiled at him and took a flower. She breathed in its scent and looked at Scratch. "Yes, good. But can I have a bowl of strawberries, please?"

Scratch rolled his eyes, and complied Bryn's request. Eventually, a pair of strawberries materialzed on his palm.
"Catch!" he then threw it at the human girl.

She barely managed to catch the bowl of strawberries and glared at Scratch. "Thank you," she said sarcastically, then popped one into her mouth. She smiled at the warm, sweetness of the strawberry. After she finished chewing and gulped down the strawberry, she returned her attention to Scratch. "So, you want me to join you. Do you have any good reason why I should turn against the crew?" she asked, grinning slyly.

"Well aren't you a bright, perceptive one. Joining the dark forces is much more suited for you, because you can do more than just be a backing slave to the forces of good." the devil answered Bryn's question. He then drank from his goblet, and belched out crudely.
"Eh, excuse me." he half-apologietically replied to the mortal girl. "Damn, that witch is easier to talk to than her bratty sister." Scratch thought to himself.

Bryn raised her eyebrow at Scratch’s burp. “Certainly, my dear fiend,” she replied with a rather sarcastic tone, smirking at the devil. She took another strawberry, popped it in her mouth, and let it melt on her tongue before then swallowing it. Every bite was so good. Bryn felt like in heaven. She had not eaten these delicious, juicy strawberries in a long time. She glanced at the devil and smiled at him. “And may I ask, how much more?”

"Say the word, and you'll get more!" Scratch encouraged Bryn.

"Say what word?" she asked, cocking her head.

Scratch hated to say this pending word, ergo he decided to spice it up with a slightly nefarious undertone.
"Pitchforks, Bryn, Pitchforks!"

She was taken aback by that. Why on earth did she need to say that word. Or better, why on earth did this creature come up with such a word. She raised her eyebrows and took a deep breathe. "Okay, pitchforks."
