@sarah: I agree! but the conflicts and violence will then transform from "conflict against shared enemy (I.e the colonist) to a fight between the people themselves for possessing authority. lots of innocent and civilians are going to die because of another one-leader decision to wage a war for a reason or another Again that's what i thought of! the world never learn from WWII. governments can lead whole peoples to fatal wars because of being so stubborn and need to achieve higher ambitions no matter what prices they can pay or souls they can sacrifice

Governments have been starting wars for centuries. The king of England decided to wage war on the American colonies. The king of France waged was on the king of Spain. Humans never learn. History repeats itself. It is part of human emotion. It is inevitable. We can learn history, but we cannot separate our emotions. And the key emotion is greed. The one in power thinks less about those under him. And if there is an opportunity to take something the one in power wants, he will take it.

but the governments you are talking about are somehow not fully democratic governments. now you can talk about democracy, about the right to vote and tell, about the right for free speech. so taking a lonely decision can't be connected to democracy at all. countries which rise the flag of democracy, still hold the blood of dictatorship. taking one decision that can change the destiny of a whole nation in the days of democracy is something odd and i think unforgivable.
did you read Francis fokoyama's book "the end of history" i think that humanity witnessed all the new actions that leaders and their political strategies can achieve, they waged two destructive wars, they opened new nuclear era. they divided the whole world into two camps, entered cold war, entered the age of bipolar system. then reached the era of unipolar system. now humanity got their best and reached the end point. No thing new will happen. they will keep repeating themselves till the end. methods can be changed. new strategies can be put. new mechanisms can enter the political arena and affects it culturally, economically and and. but the results will be the same. just like many experts predict that the new world system enters a new multipolar system.which its indications began really to appear on horizon especially in economic field.

Aw, wish Zen and his family well. And *to Zen* she is in peace and will always watch over you. but the governments you are talking about are somehow not fully democratic governments. now you can talk about democracy, about the right to vote and tell, about the right for free speech. so taking a lonely decision can't be connected to democracy at all. countries which rise the flag of democracy, still hold the blood of dictatorship. taking one decision that can change the destiny of a whole nation in the days of democracy is something odd and i think unforgivable. There is no such thing as a pure democracy. ;D No, I did not read it. But that is exactly what I said. History WILL repeat itself.
