ok what do you think about that? Dim-Dim left Caipra in Basra to teach Maeve about magic. then he disappears (everyone knows the story...). So Caipra lives in basra like a normal woman (but secretly searching for his husband...). and one day she learns that a young woman arrived in Basra and opened a tavern. she mets her and discovers that his son has powers. she decides not to tell Kriss about this secret and to stay with her to watch over Kriss' son! so days and months passed Kriss and Caipra become good friends and one day... wow Sinbad and his crew!!! ^_^

Fine for me You also should write something about events from "Double Trouble", about meeting with Maeve and Sinbad ect, I think.

Good bio Caipra I was just thinking that Dim-Dim and Caipra were obliged to split apart because Prince Casib banished Dim-Dim from its kingdom. Nevertheless, I think I remember a war between The Caliph and Omar, so I'm not sure if Baghdad and Basra in the show were part of the same kingdom, and if actually Omar was a subject of the caliph. ps, Caipra I'm not able to see your avatar , but maybe it's just my PC.

That's strange. But reminds me of what Firouz said about my pics: he told me from time to time he can't see them, too although no other has reported something similar. *shrugs*

Maybe because of the war, they were separated. They could be originally living in Baghdad, but was banished and moved to Basra. Maeve came along, and DimDim went to look for a more suitable place to teach Maeve. Caipra stayed to watch over their home in Basra. DimDim kept in contact with Caipra through the stirring pool. As for the avator, I suggest everybody change to photobucket photobucket.com/ . Some services may be more ... efficient than others. I have not really experienced any problems with photobucket yet. (Just don't create more than two albums, because it charges you after that.)

Caipra stayed to watch over their home in Basra. DimDim kept in contact with Caipra through the stirring pool. To watch home and inform him about the happenings over there. Despite having been banished, Dim-Dim still wanted to protect his homeland from the dark forces. And maybe he was aware that Sinbad was arriving at the Isle of Dawn because Caipra told him. ;D

Wait a minute. Was DimDim banished from Baghdad or Basra? They moved to Basra.

Hmmm. In Double Trouble, Omar says that the people of Basra is HIS PEOPLE. So I guess Basra is separate from Baghdad. They trade between each other. I assume the Caliph wanted to make Basra part of Baghdad, but after the war, there was a peace treaty between the two "nations."

Despite having been banished, Dim-Dim still wanted to protect his homeland from the dark forces. But that happened before Maeve joined the crew right? Because if Dim Dim and Caipra still were in contact now, Sinbad would want to use the pool too. Firouz: I think that explanation is logical.
