It's true though - there never seemed to be much jealousy involved when other people had obvious interest in either Sinbad or Bryn. I mean, not that there was none at all, Bryn on her part didn't really look happy in Stalkers after all, but it wasn't the same as with the other pair. At any rate, as far as S2 was concerned: Naha himself said in an interview that if Maeve had ever returned, then most likely as sort of a demon-hunter who would still be friends with the crew but not travel with them anymore. So, to be honest, I don't think there would have ever been a love triangle. Aw, totally looking forward to reading that. And hope I'll find the time to soon. With the jealously in the Stalkers you are probably right, but i think that she was more sad than jealous there, in the context of the situation it was completely understandable, as I mentioned in a topic the behaviour of Sinbad here was not very polite or tactful towards her, at least that Doubar was there for her. I read this fact about Maeve not return to the crew, it was entirely theoretical reasoning what could happen if... But i can create this script in my fantasy at least. I am not with the story so far, i have created the running of the whole story and i must write it in the electronic form and in the present time i am giving a little room for firouz and his relationship, you can guess with whom...

Yeah, that could well be, that she was more sad and hurt than anything else. I know, indeed we already talked about the ep and Sinbad's behavior in it, and I believe that back then we came to the same conclusion, didn't we - that it didn't look as much like jealousy as it did like hurt and confusion. At any rate though, yeah, at least Doubar was there for her. :3 As for Maeve not returning: true that. It was totally theoretical because quite frankly no one could have known whether Jacky had ever returned for at least this one ep. So this was more of a "if she had" agreed thing I guess. But yeah, we fans can write the script that we want and that's beyond awesome. ;D Last but not least as for your story: Aw, I know what it's like. I, too, usually have the overall outline all planned out and just need to fill the details in and write it all down (which all sounds so easy, but isn't *.* ). In fact, I can't even start writing if I don't know yet where I will end up with the plot. But anyway. Giving Firouz some time for his relationship sounds splendid. Ah, and let me guess - is it a certain blonde physician whom we met already in S2? ;D

And as someone said in a different topic, the watching of the attitude of Sinbad towards women could easily have discouraged Bryn from the desire to have a deeper relationship with him. (although she certainly had some feelings for him). It could be the serious risk of broken heart for her. Or for Maeve if she returned and she would have known about this change.
Firouz did not seem but he had quite a good taste for women (but i do not want to say that i like his princess from the King Firouz). Velda was on the one hand very clever doctor (i do not remember if she was the scientist too) and the beautiful woman on the other hand (she was much more attractive for me than all Sinbad's women in this season) i would ranked her as fourth prettiest woman in this tv series (after Maeve, Rumina and Bryn). Of course that she will be the Firouz's girlfriend in my story, i do not want to exclude such interesting character.

Aw, now that's quite right. I also think that part of Bryn's crush was actually provoked and fed by Sinbad. Because he did show interest in her, so it's no wonder a girl would fall for a man like him. No matter how high the risk of a broken heart. Haha, but yeah, we just have to leave out the Princess in S1. I still don't understand what in the world possessed him to fall for that woman. xD But then again, we all make mistakes, and so does Firouz. It's true though, with Velda we see that he's got a very good taste in women and while I guess he just was flattered in S1, here we see what he's like when he really adores someone. It's beyond cute how caring he his towards Velda and how the two of them always seem to be holding hands. I'm quite happy to know the brilliant she-physician will be present in your story. ;D (Btw.: I think it wasn't mentioned whether she also was a scientist, but I reckon she did do research in the medical field, yes. I don't think she's the sort of scientist Firouz is, but when it comes to meds, aye, she's definitely a bright mind. )

I still don't understand what in the world possessed him to fall for that woman. xD I'm quite happy to know the brilliant she-physician will be present in your story. ;D You are probably right with Bryn, he sometimes clearly showed the interest about her and it was the partial reason why she had the crush on him but in some moments he did not care about her feelings at all. (the most obvious example was in Ali Rashid and the thieves) I must say that i admire her ability to stay calm in these moments. With Maeve it was similar he also showed the interest about her with the exception of the fact that he did not flirt with other women before her and when some girl kissed him he looked towards her guiltily and it seemed to me that he takes this relationship more seriously, that he cares about her feelings and similar things. With Firouz he was probably only flattered by her (similarly as Doubar in The Isle of Bliss by Aleanna, i did not think that he was feeling the true love towards her), maybe the role also played the idea that he could bring his scientific principles to management of Kingdom, maybe he was also partially blinded the power which he could gain. With Velda it was different, it was deeper relationship. (although he tried to persuade others that the serious relationship is not the good thing for the sailors) One interesting note, i saw this episode on youtube and a user commented that Sinbad did not kiss this woman exceptionally. He probably did not see a lot of pieces from this episode because it was clearly the Firouz's love interest and despite the Sinbad's attitude toward women in this season i can not imagine that he would take over a woman when one of his closest friends has the serious interest about her.

I did not notice this picture there so far, so i decided to add it myself. I think that the expressions of our heroes are hilarious there. The Rongar's is the best.
