Awww, Ban, so sorry the pic haunts you like this.  I guess it turned out much more sad than I had intended it to be at first.  But you're right - it's frustrating isn't it? They're so meant to be but fate was so cruel on them and now they're left to live with the aftermath of what was. [ Don't say sorry Doubar. It's great work of you. If it haunts me it means you did very well with it. You should be proud of your creation.  But really the pic remind of the emotion I just forget. I'm creating the happy things lately so the sadness of their love left me for a while until I saw your creation and it reminds me that it's not easy for them to be happy. I haven't written anything about their problem yet. So sad. It fits them so well right? When I heard the sentence "The day you turned away, my foot also wanted to step but in the moment I knew I couldn't hold you back. The love in my heart now is buried, you didn't believe it is only, in this life itself is lack of genuineness." I immediately stopped what I was doing and concentrated on listening to the song only. There are so many songs when I heard I had the feeling that they're written for our couple. |

@ban: Argh, so sorry for the lat reply! >.< Aw, but thank you for such lovely words. <3 It's true, their story holds so much sadness and pain - even before they got seperated it was never easy. The two of them are bearing the scars of the past, Maeve more so than Sinbad, and it gives their relationship such a melancholic touch. But of course, with having been seperated and Sinbad having almost lost his way it all gets worse. On the other hand, it's so easy to forget about all this and just look at the bright side of what they have - their verbal banters and the smiles.  It's nice to know I was able to remind you of all the mixed emotions this couple can evoke in a viewer, but it's just as nice to focus on and share their happy moments.  It does!!!!! And it's so sad. And wow to you having found so many songs that seem to be written for them. I only have a rough handful in mind which fit them. x) |

@doubar: About the song which fits them, the part I like the most is: I lost her in the anger of the sea, Years after years, we live in the coldness, Days after days, one is missing, one is waiting. Why things happened that way? The lonely bird flies upon the sky. The woman I love, when will her tears stop falling. The pain as high as the violet clouds The sad streets now are worse, My love, where is she, how can I find her? That song doesn't really fit them but that part of the song is amazingly fitting. Hello everyone First of all, I'm really really sorry for not being around but I have had a really bad time at Uni, a lot of exams and stuff. What's more my close cusine gave birth to a beautiful daughter And I'm so in love with her. So even if I'm online I'm only talking to them via Skype because they are in Englad. All in all, almost everything is getting more calm for me. So I promise to come back for good I will back with new vids, fanarts, with a chapter of my story. Aww, Kriss, that's awesome news (well, the part of your return and all the fanworks is; sorry though to hear that you had such a tough time at uni )! And what a beautiful fanart this is! Love the rich red hue to it, and the chosen pics of course. Reminds me of how much fun it is to create such things. Ehi, maybe I should get back to making fanarts as well. I know! She looks so beautiful, right? But it's really only stills from the show and apart from the colour I didn't change anything about the pics used. Thank you, dear! I'm glad you like it. I was trying to say that despite the flaws she had (if you want to regard them as flaws anyway) she's such an amazing ship and that I adore her - have done it ever since I first watched AoS. Bearing that in mind, she also stands for everything that I see in this show: it's unrealistic, flawed but at the same time beautiful and just perfect in its very own way. |
