So, since we started spamming the wishlist thread and Kal pointed out that we didn't yet have anywhere else to go - I opened a new thread where we can talk about Doctor Who without flooding other conversations.
Kal: Oh, so that's why. The same happened to me last year btw - and over the course of three months me and my boyfriend had caught up with the existing seasons of the reboot.
I agree with you, each of them was awesome in their own right.
You know, it's really funny. Looking around on some fb fanpages I noticed that quite many are somewhat bewildered by the new season while I for one loved it. I was a lot less content about the second half of S7 and actually appreciate it that we get to see another side of the Doctor. It doesn't mean though I'd like to travel with him because while Capaldi's Doctor is like a mix-up of all those that came before him, he does have some traits I don't really appreciate.
I have. It's absolutely awesome. Even though I prefer the How it should have ended version of Doomsday. xD xD
Dermott: You, too? Hah, that's awesome!!! I liked the time travelling episodes best as well, by the way. My favourite is The Unquiet Dead because Charles Dickens is nothing but awesome in there.
Ow, but so sorry to hear that you don't find the time to catch up on the other seasons. I'm sure you will be able to do that one day though.
I only wish that Peter Capaldi's one is worth his choice to give up on the Musketeers I must confess I never watched him in the Musketeers. I didn't even know him before he took over on DW, but in my humble opinion he's great as the Doctor.
Eleana:
There are so many people who are watching Doctor Who. I'll have like 12 days off around Christmas and the New Year holidays... One more thing to put on my to-do list ^^' You do that.

I can't really decide which one is my favourite, they were all great in their own way (Nine, Ten, and Eleven).
As for Capaldi, this latest season was really strange...different. Just need more time to get used to the darker side of the doctor.
Have you seen this video parody on Youtube made by "the Hillywood show"? it's mostly centered on the tenth doctor, but it's amazing. This is what made me want to watch the show.
