Hey! Hi everyone! Finally i can write something!

As u said, there was a problem with my account. I came here each day since i registered but coudnt write anything. But dont worry about it, i'm sure it wasnt deliberate. And it gave me time to explore the forum a little more.
Hum I have so much things to say......Well, first of all: What a great forum! I didnt know such a place existed. I'm a fan of the adventures of Sinbad. I used to watch the show as a kid. Howerver, it seems i missed all the fun. As i can see, the forum is running for almost 2 years now.... Unlucky me . (And to my great sadness, i missed the visit of Jackie Collen....damn....wished i was there 2 years ago).

Second: You all need to know that english isnt my first language so sometimes, i might do some mistakes.
If u dont understand what i write, please tell me. French is my first language. If i remember correctly, there is some people here that speak french but i am not sure who yet.

Third: Some of you are surely wondering about what i intend to do, if im gonna participate to the RPG. Well, im not sure about the RPG yet. I still need to think this through. But anyway, even if i dont join the RPG, i'll be more then happy to chat with u guys and girls. As Scratch would say, it seems like a big happy family here XD. Also, i dont have a lot of opportunities to practice my english and i dont want to lose the habit.
It will help me a lot to post here regularly.

Well, i have a lot more to say but its getting late here so im gonna keep some for next time or for any questions u guys might have about me. Ask me what u want, i'm not a shy guy, i'll be glad to answer .

No worries you'll fit right in. Hell English is my ONLY language and I still screw up all the time. (Actually I think what I speak and type is Engrish moreso than English..)

Anyway.
Yeah, you're right: things definitely didn't happen on purpose. We're happy about every sailor that finds their way onto this ship and are really glad you were this patient and still logged in every day.

As for all what you said about this place: aww, that's very kind of you. Well, all kudos go to our Captain who created the forum, and all its great members who make this ship be what it is.
As for the language: oh, don't worry about that one. At least half of the crew are no native speakers as well (including me xD ), plus: your English seems pretty fine to me. Furthermore you're right: we got some members whose first language is French so if once you should indeed have troubles saying something, they for sure can help you.

Then, concerning the rpg: well, as it is written in the welcome mail: while we started off as a mere rpg-forum we now are more of a general place where fans of the show can gather and chat. There even are times when there are more fanarts and fanvids being made than there are new posts in the rpg. xD So, yes, if you would like to join the rpg one day that'd be just awesome; yet if you just come around to chat that will be equally so.

Also, i dont have a lot of opportunities to practice my english and i dont want to lose the habit.

*g* Believe it or not, but that was one of the major reasons I, too, had for joining. xD

Well, all in all: glad to have you onboard, Oliver.
I really hope you'll have fun here and if you should ever have any questions about the place or whatever else: don't hesitate to ask.

I got to apologize for the troubles with your account as well. I am not sure what happened there and why it didn´t activate the first time I tried but yay, all saved now and you´re up and runnin´

Don´t worry about your English, it looks pretty fine. We do have native speakers on here, but we are a fairly multinational board so we don´t mind at all. I, by the way, am no native speaker of English, either, so things should be perfectly fine.

About the rp: you have all the liberties here to see and have a look around first and then if you like pick a character, people here are really helpful around this place if you need to come up with a background.
