;D My very first 2K comics! ;D

sorry for taking a full thread for those. but being excited overwhelmed me. ;D

After taking the permission of both Kal and Kriss, I made up my two first comics about 2K. ;D

this comic consists of pics from here and there are collected together to fit the story.

Basically the idea came to me to make a comic for van helsing( a big fan and so on.......) but feeling afraid from failure, i decided to try it out with Kriss and kahlan' first story.

I divided it into two issues. ;D

but there are some notifications:

1- I took from the 2k the general idea the main plotline. but after that i made up the conversations and added some more actions and events to suit the comic.

2- In the comic Aneil is Blond. (i wanted to make him with black hair but i saw tat it will ruin the pic )

3- the story is from Kahlan's pov. she is the one who tells the story.
4- 'course the captain of the ship is (Van helsing) to those who watched the movie. (well, where did you think i could find a handsome wet captain, these days)

5-well, that what i could get right now. I hope that you will enjoy.

@wind and sinbad: actually in the full sized pics the font is quite good. but the flip book squeezes the pic a little to fit more. but knowing that you could read it though, makes it a relief.

They are right, the print was small but readable.
I liked it lots!
Also, the black font on the darker pics was a bit harder to read, but I could still read it like I said before.

M'awwww, that was brilliant! Really well done, Bryn! Personally I had no troubles reading it. Have read comics with smaller writing before. xD No, honestly. Well done!

first of all, thank you for your feedback

second: i made this "comics" not as i intended for it to be TOTALLY comics or a real comics like the one we read. though I'm not a member in any comics clubs ,i too read lots of comics and i know really what is comics and what is not.

third: i made this just because i wanted to make the first 2k's story (as an experiment for my VH "comics") in a book shape with pics and words because i love it like that.

I know mine is in no way like comics at all. but i didn't find any other descriptions or titles to name this work with.

fourth: sure your kriss might be different and that is because i don't know everything about kriss. or at least i don't know how you were going to make her act in these situations.
that is like if you made something for Bryn it would be much different than mine 'cause our points of views towards her will be different. besides i altered a lot in the situation to make it fit..

Even if the story is not completely as I imagined it, I must say you did a really good job.
It must take time to make this and I mostly like the parts where 2k are in the same picture; as if they are really together.
It's really nice.

May I ask you which software you use to make comics? (you can tell me by PM if you want to keep it private).

and sure, Honey no problem. the software is Picture college maker. It's not addicted to Comics making. but I use many other software according to the conditions. I use photoshop, a program called photo title for the speech bubbles and I use what my mind came up with to mix all of those In one page.
