Hehe, no, I didn't mean this to be a restriction. You got me wrong if you think I was aiming at such a thing. But in the story most likely poeple will pick on their own size as well: meaning, when the crew gets attacked by the Apocalypse-crew Eleana most likely would fight with Bryn while Rhyad and Plunkett would have a sword fight with the guys. It's a natural evolving of things but sure, it will also happen one without magic will have to oppose someone holding magic. And since these are training grounds there is no restriction anyway when it comes to choosing the opponent (not that in the play itself there was one either ). I merely think that if one wants to test the powers of their characters they should better try that with someone who holds powers as well. Because, well, if I wanted to test Doubar's sword-fighting skills it would be kinda senseless to ask wind for a fight since she would use her elemental powers which would make Doubar constantly having to struggle with this. I could hardly try out writing a sword fight. Same goes the other way round. Did I want to test Mala's watery powers it would be little helpful to attack Plunkett for example because he cannot fight back with magic. These were my thoughts. But in the end of course anyone can exercise with anyone here.

Yup, I agree with your logic, but Sarah will fight against anybody here, including the old hag. ;D

Haha, yeah, Sarah definitely is in advance there. If the shield really is good enough, her opponents will be forced to use normal fighting skills so heh, yeah, she can fight with everyone without any problems. I wonder though ... humm... I wouldn't let her fight against Mala for the time being since the ghost does not fight that way. But I wonder if maybe Mala could weaken Scratch's shield. Hehe, would not be the first time the lady put a spoke in the devil's wheel. ;D

Oh, I see fighting Mala would be like Xena fights against Callisto. Xena never could "hurt" Callisto, because she was protected by Hera, but she could slow Callisto down quite a bit.

Huh? So what did Xena do? I mean, thing is Xena could use her sword and that ... round thingie she had. But Mala doesn't hold such skills. She has nothing but her knowledge and her (till now rather) limited powers.

Xena's sword was useless against Callisto, because it wouldn't hurt her. What Xena did was trapping Callisto in a cave or under many rocks. And flowing lava could electively trap a goddess.

Even though he hasn't been around much, Rongar would be happy to help out Doubar!

@sarah: Mala doesn't fear anything. She is dead and she has been to hell already. Her soul has been imprissioned in the seas for decades so do you really think a simple mortal can scare her? And one thing you might wish to consider: Mala cannot fight like living poeple can, but at the same time she is no living thing either. She's a ghost and cannot be harmed unless you use magic. And since Sarah has no powers herself, a fight between the two would be senseless. @firouz: You mean Rongar would practise with Doubar? That would be great, honey.
