@teti Generally they're anthropomorphic animals called "Furries" or "Anthros" for short. Basically humanoid animals or, if you prefer, animals who walk upright and talk like humans.
There's actually an entire fandom, not unlike ours here, dedicated to the concept of "furries" and, contrary to popular belief, there's actually a very small number of people are in it for the porn.
As with anything, Rule 34 does apply. (Rule 34 of the rules of the internet states: " If it exists, There is porn of it"
There's a few loonies who think they should have been born an animal and there's a great number of people who have a "fursuit" made to wear at conventions. ( which I might add are the most numerous of any fandom)
most people in the fandom are like me. We like the art, we have a character to represent our online selves, but otherwise lead normal lives.
Oh and Furries tend to be drama queens. ( aka they get all whiney and bent out of shape over the dumbest things)

Basically humanoid animals or, if you prefer, animals who walk upright and talk like humans. oh Ash, you really work on the straight-up animals  hey how a great coincidence  from a month ago i spend awful time in searching on net about one of them,,,, and ...... well i'll tell you the details later  ,,, expect pm from me anytime,,, however i found one looks so much like what i was searching or almost,,, actually it was the best i found,,,,, WHY i'm searching for him ? well it's not a big thing either but i'll tell you in the pm ;D ;D ;D ;D and will send you the pic i found too  after what you told me that it's a fandom and so on,,, i think the one i found too belong to some fandom as well, and i'm not sure if ... well again let's wait till i pm you, i'll tell you why i was searching and everything,,,, i have to admit in spite of liking arts so much i don't have any of your skills guys nor the imagination to visualize new creature that's why i was searching, so yeah expect a short pm from me, but in fact i'm so busy these days coz of my exams  so it may be delayed a while  |

*feels like throwing in a pic she made quite a while ago *  Made this back when we were plotting quite intensively on a new storyline. Those who are involved might understand what it hints at and all the others will hopefully get to know one day. It's one of my quickest fanworks ever (only about 30 minutes) but I quite like the result. And hope so do you. @ Lani (& all those with a fair idea of the plot): I like to think that the pic's underlying theme is the dreams the two of them will share and everything that's connected to them (assuming we get to play this out one day and you're still up to that part of the story. ^^ ). |

@doubar: Okay, seriously, that fanart blew me away when I first saw it. Everything about it is perfect. Simply perfect. I'm out of words. The two pics mix together as if they were one. It's a beautiful, breath-taking, flawless blend in the colors, the shape, the light. Majid and Kalani literally look alive, as if they're going to jump right out of the frame, as if they're about to move and speak. One word: PERFECTION.
