Haha, Bryn, the doll is great. ;D As are the pics. Man, how overwhelming I imagine it to be when one discovers such a cultural treasure. *dreams, sighs* Anyway. About the exhibition: you gotta know that none of the parts that are being displayed there are originals. They are all fake BUT they are good and officially approved replicas of all the things that have been found in King Tut's grave. And as much as I know even Zahi Hawass was astounded at the brilliancy of these replicas and approved of them. I mean, of course he had to for the ones who made them had to get access to the originals. Oh man, how I wish I could have gone there ... If you like here's some info about the exhibition. www.tut-ausstellung.com/en/hamburg/the-great-tutanchamun-must-see-exhibition.html
I just got to notice ... Scratch? Could you tell me again to which exhibition you've been? The site there tells that the one I am talking about is in Budapest right now ... *scratches head* ... *reads further* ... Whut? They are still HERE? But I thought they had moved on in January ... *has to find out* My God, if they are still here. I am on holiday... wheeeeee... gotta find out and go there if they're still here.

*cannot blink and stares at the jewelery for a long time* They are simply pretty. I'd gladly have em' ;D And yeah, I've yet to own a Senet game, and would love to learn that game, since it's been a while since I've actually played a board game, lol. I saw the ancient version of that boardgame in the exhibit, and you know what else I saw? A toilet seat which was used in those ages XD The King Tut exhibit really did follow the layout of the tomb, minus booby traps of course . Some guy beside me made that joke and I ended up cracking into laughter. XD

It's exclusive for Canada, so it's held by Canadians of course. I heard that they brought King Tut's original sarcophagus all the way from Egypt to there, but sadly I was misinformed about that part, since Tutankhamen's tomb still remained in Egypt.
