Man, the King Tut exhibit was amazing. Unfortunatley there was a no camera policy in this exhibit, so I couldn't take any pictures and showcase them here. I did find out (and remember) that the Egyptians invented a board game called Senet And the statues of figures there of Akhenaten, Tutmose, Tutankhamen etc. were definitley great to look at, and I wish I could wear those egyptian jewellery of their's All in all, t'was an insightful trip.

M'awww, I really envy you, Scratch. But am glad you had such a fab time. And, yup, Senet. Got it (bought it in the Egyptian museum in Berlin) and play it from time to time. But mine is more ... how do I call it? Traditional? It hasn't got a dice but sticks with which you roll the dice. Pretty much like this here (in fact this is just the one that I have only that the lion stones in my play are brown ):

Scratch: Awwwww that's great that you had a good time but too bad that you can't take photos. i just wanted to know what was there. I mean what make the exhibition differ from the museum? you know the senet game is still played by Egyptian children as a traditional game. I mean of course they change it a little. those squares are drown on the ground .
