Hi everyone!
So Kriss and I have been talking about this for a long time!
I would like to create a new character and I talked about this to Kriss first because this new character will mostly be in contact with her.
But I also would like to know your opinion about all this, and I would like to know if you agree with the apparition of this new character. She will only appear after the crew will leave Basra. This new character will become friend with Kriss, so we could continue rpg-ing after your departure.
She doesn't have to be part of the principal story if you don't want to, that's up to you! Just tell me what you think about it.
I already made a character's intro that I let you discover.
Just some details that I would like to add:
-I know she's a girl, but she doesn't have any power!
-Her name is Kahlan (I think you know why) but I didn't take her story, I just took her name. And seeing that Kriss already took the actress to play her own character, I choose a new face for her: Kate Backinsale! ;D
Ok, so I think I told you all I wanted to say. Now I'm waiting for your opinion because I don't want to create her if you all disagree!
Kahlan
Outter Appearance: Kahlan is a young woman, tall and thin, curly brown hair and brown eyes. Although this is a princess, she used to wear pants, comfortable and practical to hide her daggers, and a corset.
Strengh and skills: Kahlan is very skilled in hunting. She has learned to wield many weapons but the daggers are her favorite weapons.
Character: Because she was a princess, her father always taught her to be very cautious against foreigners. She doesn't trust anyone too quickly.
Bio: Kahlan is the daughter of Tobias, King of Galea.
She has never known her mother who died shortly after her birth. Kahlan and her father were inseparable and when she was old enough, she learnt to read, write. Her father taught her all he knew about hunting, weaponry and fighting in general. Kahlan quickly became agile with daggers. The day of his 18th birthday, her father gave her two daggers whom handles were carved in silver.
Kahlan was a breathtaking beauty and a lot of pretenders occurred to her to ask her hand. One of them was Marek, Councilor of the King. But it was not Kahlan that interested him. On the death of King, Princess Kahlan was to succeed him to the throne, as tradition demanded. In marrying her, Marek would become the new king.
Marek tried to convince the king to grant him the hand of his daughter, but in vain. Tobias's daughter was his life and he would never force her to marry someone against her will. The counselor renounced this time.
One day, the year of her 21 years, Kahlan returned from hunting and found her father lying on the floor of his bedroom, dead. One of her faithful servant told her that she had to flee because it was Marek who had murdered her father and that he intended to kill her too to take power. Kahlan refused to abandon her people but finally had to be resolved, knowing she would have no chance against Marek.
She boarded the first boat that left the islan. She only carried with her the daggers that her father had offered her.
Kahlan swore that one day she would come back to Galea to avenge her father and claim what was her by right.
But right now, she let the boat take her away to a town where she only knew the name: Basra.
