Let's have a short introduction to Tayr al Ramad, the new and improved Rumina's Lair in the Arabic Gulf! Tayr al Ramad ("Bird of Ashes", Phoenix) rose by Rumina's hand, channelling the inferi powers through Turok's pendant. As everyone know, Rumina is quite spoiled, so she made sure that her island is a well-guarded paradise. Let's take a closer look. On one side of the island there's a volcano, and dark cliffs protect the side of the mountain. No landing spots on that side, sorry. Oh, and beware the harpies... they love using the spot to perch on. Aww... cuties! On the other side of the island, by the way, the situation is quite different. The rocky cliffs open enough to let a ship pass enough eagerly. The opening Entering the bay The bay has a guarding location, an arabic-style fortress defended by skeletons kindly offered by Scratch. Sometimes the ugly one is useful, indeed. A shot of the Skeleton Fortress If you manage to reach the shore (nice white sand, I can assure you), then you'll find a rocky patch carved in the cliffs... And then... well, you don't really want the grand tour at once, don't you? To be continued...

*uses Firouz' new mega-magnoscope to take a first look at the witch's new home* Whoa, seems to be quite a fortress you built there, Rumina. High cliffs, a shore that's easy to be guarded. *sees a harpy fly by* And you still have those pets around you. Now, I personally would really prefer some little furry companion. Don't know, a hamster maybe? *g* But, honestly. If you're strong enought to raise such an island, dark one, then we'll have quite some work ahead of us... ------ ------ two thumbs up!!!

You, pestering peasant... *points Talya* Thieves do not get to be comfortable at Tayr al Ramad. Did I make myself clear or do I have to burn it in your skull just to be sure you won't slack around?
*cross her arms, eyes her in annoyance*

Nope, I did some research First one is a volcanic island in the nearabouts of Komodo... cliffs come from Comino Island (Malta) and his famous Blue Lagoon I should have some pics of Comino myself, but I was way tooo lazy to look for them ;D

When I've first read about this place I thought my memory was failing me. I couldn't remeber which episodes Tayr al Ramad belonged to.
Then I understand ;D ;D
It's a good name for a place

You... *points Bryn* Believe me, little miss, you don't want to mess with the pestering peasant. That's MY toy, not yours. Same goes with the Peasant Witch. She's MY business.
*mutters beneath her teeth* She doesn't even remember me, and she's back trying to steal my things. Git. So loved being an only child. *shake her head*
