hey all of u guys 
i wanna make a suggestion and i did not find any place to post on except for that
well
what is your opinion about making one of the previous crew / actors/actress join us in an interview to let him/her see our board answer to our questions and may be providing us with more ideas
and to make them feel how much joy they manged to give us all
and their feeling about the whole show
as we mostly have some info about how to communicate with most of them or try to find ways
and make it as a monthly or periodically interview with new actor/actress gust
i know Jaci Colin has this you tube account

Yes, some of us have some actors on their friends-list at facebook anyway, so maybe one could arrange that. Someone has another actor than Jacqueline on his friends-list at facebook??? I didn't know that!!! Btw, I think that could be a excellent idea too but I just hope that they will not tell us something like "Sorry, but we don't want to hear anything about Sinbad anymore..."  *I know I should'n be so pessimistic!  * |

Whereas I really like the idea of sharing this board with the actors of the show and whereas it would be great to hear their opinion about it, I am not sure that this would be the way to get into contact with them. It sure is a good idea to maybe mention the board to them in case some of us have them in their friends lists at facebook or other places, but I think it´s very important that they don´t feel nagged. Interviews on a monthly base have a kind of pressure behind them I think. Don´t get me wrong, I would love to hear what they think, have them answer a few questions and make suggestions and drop reviews while browsing aroung the board, but I´d prefer this to be on a more casual and easy going basis, just like Jacqui did when she dropped in. She mentioned she showed Zen some of the videos members posted on here, therefore I guess that the actors talk about the show now and then. It can´t be a bad idea to maybe drop one of them a line, like Tim Progosh who seems to be active on facebook, but I would advise against trying to get them for interviews right away. I can´t really explain why, it´s more like a feeling. Just my two cents |

Yeah, I don't think the interview thing is a good idea. We could randomly send questions to actors. Jackie may be best, since she seems she doesn't mind too much about discussing the show. And she knows me, or well we never met, but I have comunicated with her a few times over the last two years. She is a friend on my facebook account.
And I have limited comunication with Mariah. She will sometimes respond to my questions, but she current is not listed as my "friend."
Maybe Sunkiss knows Jackie personally. After all, we are members of Jackie's board. ;D

@sinbad : i did not mean it to be an interview it will be alright too to at least make them show the board , to know about their future -TV movies - plans
just to feel that they are sharing our journey
after all they will be the best to add different flavor to our journey
@firouz : your idea expressed exactly what i mean but instead of sending them questions and they send the answers < let them share us a chat in any time and *parasitically * is not necessary here

one of the things i wanna ask her -jacki- about is the contrast between naha ,s interview and her interview about M/S relationship naha said that there was no intention to make them as a couple unlike what she said also i want to ask her about the reason that make them use a Alternative for her in the ties that binds there is that scene where she was walking i think it did not need a Alternative to make her walk |

@doubar: Hm, no. The last time Magicalmoonstar logged into the Fungus Club was May 10th. But I chat sometimes with Sunkiss and Maeve3000. @firouz : is really sunkiss a personal friend to jacki I am not sure. I only know her from the Fungus Club. And yes, what a great bunch of mushrooms we are. LOL! |

@firouz: That is bad news in deed. It doesn't really fit her to vanish from the whole fandom. I mean, I just noticed: she used to be a very good reviewer on fanfic-net but since Rumi is missing, mms didn't show up anywhere either. I mean, true, that might be reasoned in the two being (online-) friends and maybe without Rumi she doesn't want to hang around anymore (not to mention that her life as well maybe is just awfully stressing at the moment) ... still, I had hoped that maybe she had logged in there from time to time.  @whisper: Hehe, right. I wondered about the double as well. After all there was nothing dangerous about the situation. But who knows? Maybe she was ill when the scene had been shot or something like that. And, agree, when watching the first Season and hearing what Jacqueline sayd about the M/S relationship one wonders how Naha could say he never planned on bringing on this couple. Anyways. We had this discussion before I think, and if I am not mistaken it was Caipra who said that we should not forget that Naha gave this interview long after Season one had been done. The events might have changed his thoughts about the whole thing so maybe that's why he said something like this. *shrugs* |

I do not have much experience with actors and their relations to fans, but from what little experience I have I know that there are some who love to mingle with the fandom whereas others don´t, because it´s not really their thing. Therefore, I think that if they want to get involved and if they are interested, they will find us, like Jacqui did. Sure, I don´t want to keep anyone from sending one of them a mail via their facebook accounts or something. I think Jacqui for one might correspond with fans via her homepage. But I don´t want people to feel pressured, therefore, I agree with Firouz. Which means no "interviews in the name of Distant Lands" if you will I hope you guys understand that. |
