China Leading Global Race to Make Clean Energy - Ha, I told you. Now so Bush was complaining that China was now strictly enforced by the Kyoto Protocol, and thus he did not sign it. Well, seems that China has made much more strides for clean energy than the U.S. Of course China is producing more waste because 1) it is more populous and 2) it is less industrialized, meaning it doesn't have the equipment to create massive amounts of energy without releasing wastes. If you, Bush or any other complaining Americans, want to complain, do something.
