Firouz heard the captain call him far on the other side of the ship. He was busy helping with the ropes. As the captain called, he hastily tried to finish what he was doing. Seeing that there was little work left to be done, he asked the younger sailor that working with him if he could finish the job. The younger sailor nodded, and Firouz went to Sinbad. "You wanted me, captain."

Rongar nodded to his friend in greetings.
It looked like he wouldn't have to look for him after all.
He turned his attention back to Sinbad, but all the while his eyes and ears were scouring the port looking for anyone suspious.
Something didn't feel right, and while he didn't have Bryn's magical sense, he could feel something was coming and he knew he wouldn't like it. It felt familiar somehow; dark too.
And so, like he had always done, he'd watch and protect his friends.

Unaware of Rongar´s worries, Sinbad nodded at what Firouz said. "Yes." he said. "We were talking about paying Caipra a visit." A brief glance across the ship told him that they were safe to leave now anyways. All the necessary work was done.

"Okay. It might be nice to pay her a visit." Firouz noticed Bryn and nodded to her.

"All right, let´s go then." Sinbad said with a last glance across the ship. He was calmed now that he knew the cargo well tended to and that Dermott had returned from his scouting without reporting anything suspicious. So maybe things in Basra would for once be nothing but a nice stay.
