Maeve : I thought about you listening to this song. I thought the lyrics suited Maeve's seeing pool so well ... If I had talent (and the right program to do it) I'd do a AOS fan video on that song.
I thought it was Maeve looking at Sinbad through her seeing pool. Feeling sad, helpless, at how Sinbad was aching. Wanting so bad to comfort him if she could come back to him. Thinking about the evening they kissed (Village Vanished).

It fits Maeve in every way!! Dear spirits, it made me cry!! And you're right, it does indeed fit Maeve's seeing pool. She's watching Sinbad helplessly, wishing they could have said goodbyes and hoping he remembers all the unspoken words between them. She's afraid of what he's becoming, afraid she might lose him, and she's angry at him for turning his back on her. But still I cannot help but laugh as well. ;D And here's my latest obsession: Red Dwarf - a British sci-fi comedy series that started in 1988 and which's 10th series is about to be broadcasted in Autumn this year. ;D The following scene is from the ep my boyfriend and I watched yesterday and it had me burst out with laughter. Dunno if it's stupid or pointless to someone who doesn't know the show, but I just LOVE this to no end. Chris Barrie (the guy with the 'H' on his forehead) is just awesome. Bwahaha, that man has no respect for himself whatsoever (which is a good thing in this case xD ). ;D |

Epic ^^ I have a Red Dwarf book.. Backwards. It totally messes with your mind XP
Red Dwarf and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy are epically funny and stupid all at once.
Here's some videos that I really wish were available in a better quality. These all came out on Nintendo Video in the weeks prior to the release of Kid Icarus: Uprising. There's others but I don't wanna spam the thread.

My little mermaid. (actually she's older than me so I couldn't call her "little".) Love her voice and her angle face. I love her not only because of her voice but her character, the way she sings and talks just so lovely. I don't really have to call her sister (because she's only one year older than me) but I do with all my respect. |

I've been thinking about reading them, too (as far as I know there's four books existing, right?) but have to finish watching the shows first (with which I should be done though by the end of next week, considering there's only season 8 & 9 left ;D ). Haha, and so true. They both are amazingly funny though stupid as well. Always loved the depressed robot in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy most. Alan Rickman rocks. ;D Wow, and that game looks pretty cool. Totally like it when there's a good portion of humour in the plays. Guess though that my favourite is and will always be Okami. Just has everything I enjoy about a good game. @ban: Wow, so you know her in person? Amazing!! She indeed has a beautiful voice. Very suitable for film-music me thinks. Awesome. And so, what are her chances in the show? Is she going to be in the finals?

With Vietnamese you can call a person sister with out her knowing to show your respect to her, of course with the older people only (that's why when you call me as your friend, it took me a while to use to it. I often see you as a sister.) I call her sister when I talk about her with other people. We don't use name but call her sis to show how much we love her and respect her. Yes, she will be in the finals. Can't wait to see her next performance. |

I really have no idea how many books there are. I recieved "Backwards" as a gift and can't find any books locally. but yeah I'd recomend it. lol The very concept of living life in reverse is well thought out and amusing if not a little disturbing lol.
I also recomend every version of H2G2 you can find as every version is slightly different. Which is exactly what Douglas Adams intended.
The books are my fav version follwed by the original Radio Play version. Then the film. I haven't seen enough of the TV show version to have an opinion but I imagine it's just as crazy and funny as the rest.
Yeah Kid Icarus is endless fun. The voice acting adds so much comedy to it. I've only played through chapter 6 but so far my favorite chapter, due to the humor, is chapter 3...

Pit: He can FLY?!!
Palutena: It looks like the only one who can't fly on his own is you.
Pit: .... Ouch. That's harsh.

Hewdraw head 1: Hello Pit.
Hewdraw head 2: Oh! Dinner has been served.

Hewdraw head 2: Technically you are.
Hewdraw head 3: I'm hungry!

(More intelegible arguing between heads)

You get different dialogue depending which heads you cut off and which is left on the body at the end.
The most humorous is if you leave the far right head till the other two fall off...
Hewdraw: Looks like I'm the only one left.
Pit: Actually you're the only one right.
