listen to what Rumina says at 1:45 in this video (from the beast within) www.youtube.com/watch?v=vujjAhC3b_8She says "you think I'm too youg etc..." that means that she is younger than Sinbad, isn't she?

Right, Caipra! I totally forgot about that scene! It implies her being younger, in deed. But if Rumi really was younger than Sinbad and Bryn was her baby sister ... that would lead us to Bryn being somewhen in her early twenties. How cuteee. ;D But honestly, I'm not sure whether Bryn really looks that young. Maybe we should simply ignore that line and stick to how we settled it by now.

She says "You think this is all a joke, don’t you? You think I’m too young and foolish to realize that this is staying you for me." Actually I don't think that indicates she is younger or older than Sinbad. It's just like me saying the same time to a enemy. But that does say that she is not that young, perhaps about the same age or older than Sinbad.

*shrugs* For me it still sounds like being younger. But ah, we can as well simply interpret it your way. After all, changing Rumi's age would lead to a rather strange constellation I think.

To me, she is basicly saying she is not dumb.

What in deed she is not.

Actually, I think she was not very bright considering that she had many chances to kill Sinbad. But probably that is what the writers tried to avoid. Anyway, I see Rumina as a spoiled brat.

Aye, that she definitely is. And as for the killing: yeah, well, ya know, the series had been kind of over if she had succeeded in doing so. So I guess poor Rumi never really had a chance there. ;P

It´s the same phenomenon you find in Tom and Jerry, James Bond or whatever other stories: the enemies of the hero(es) are always a bit dim witted. Or short sighted.
