I thought this thread may help clear up confusion about character's ages. This is how I see it. Please feel free to change it, and I will update the list.

Serendib is 16 not 14, Sean could be 35, works too though but Serendib is 16 so.

Okay, changed Serendib's age. Whatever age you want Sean to be is fine with me. I will leave his age at 35 unless you want me to change that.

Hm, has Maeve been that young? *scratches head* I always thought she was about Sinbad's age (a bit younger though ... but 8 yrs?). What do you all think?

Oh, and in my bio I stated that Doubar was roughly 8 or 9 yrs Sinbad's senior. We already discussed about that problem, remember? In "The bully" you see that he hasn't been that old when Lee died - in his late teens maybe - but in the show he looks way older than the captain. But to go with "The bully" I left it at 8 yrs for the play... meaning he's just in his middle thirties ... which would of course generate a problem with Sean who then would be approx his age but looks way younger than him But, yeah I can also change the bio. Which would mean ... wait ... Doubar would have been about 22 yrs when Lee died. *sighs* But he didn't look like 22 then.

P.S.: Great idea, Firouz! I really think we needed this thread! Two thumbs up! ;D

I´m okay with Sinbad´s age there *nods*, but Maeve and Dermott ... I´d maybe turn that around. We´d of course have to wait for Maeve and Derm to confirm that, but I always thought of Derm to be around 18 or somethingand Maeve roughly Sinbad´s age, maybe two years younger.

Anyways, this thread is a good idea.

True, many fanfictions say that Dermott is Maeve's younger brother. Both I always that of him as Maeve's older brother. However, if he is her younger brother that could explain why she is so protective of him. You know, just like an older brother is overly protective of his baby sister. Well let Maeve and Dermott decide that, and I will update on their requests.

@doubar: I changed you to 35. Sean agreed to 35 for him. And some people look older than they are. Of course I could make Sean Sinbad's age.

I always thought that Doubar was around 40 because he doesn't look much 30, also i did roleplayed him younger ages on a friend's board once but it's a long story, anyways i think Sinbad's age is ok but Doubar got to be 36 in my opinion which makes him closer to 40 or so. Then again Sinbad in season two looks around 30 so it would make Doubar 38 or so but then again it's your chooice, anyhow I always thought that Maeve was older then Sinbad, since she doesn't look his h age or younger. Dermott i think is around 18 to 19, while Dim Dim is around 75 or so. I think Bring is 26, again all this are just my guesses since i suck with ages, Caipra i think is 56 or so, again my guess only, i was sure Rongar was 34 or something, maybe 26 in the first and close to 28 - 29 the second season. Rumina i though is the same age as Sinbad. Firouz looks like 38 years old or so.

Great idea Firouz, and ages is the problem, it's hard to tell for her, lol. The most confusing ages in my opinion is Sinbad's and Doubar's since at times they seem the same age while other times they look like Doubar is 10 or 20 years older then Sinbad while other times 2-3 maybe 4 which is funny if you think about it.

Right. In the show Derm was supposed to be the younger sibbling and Daisy wrote it in the hawk's bio, too:

Dermott was born and grew up in a small village in Eire, with his parents and his elder sister.

So, yeah, would agree with Sinbad saying that Maeve might be approx Sinbad's age and that Derm's the youngster here.

@firouz: Thanx for adjusting it. Think we'll simply assume that poor Doubar looks older than he really is and leave it at that age. I mean after all, if we made him be older the whole story with DimDim taking the two would start to crumble as it would be kind of unessary to take up a 15 year old who back in those times would have been an adult anyways. x)

And about Maeve and Derm: Yeah, we should wait for the two to decide on it.

Okay here I am. Good idea for a tread.

Actually Maeve I and discussed this before starting the RPG and decided to make Derm the younger for the reason Firouz already said. To justify her overprotective attitude towards him. ;D

We also planned to settle our "meeting" with Rumina 2 years before the begginning of season 1, but I think our ages point hasn't been settled. (Right sister? I don't remeber clearly now).

Anyway, It's okay for me to have Dermott being 20 years old as Sinbad said in some other post, but I've no problem to modify his age according to the whole scenary we are discussing here .

Let's just wait for Maeve's opinion and then decide.

I always thought that Dermott was older than Maeve but that's true that she is very prottective! anyway maybe we'll never know the truth so...go ahead! Maeve is older! ^_^

concerning Firouz....I thought he was a bit younger...about 30...no?
