@firouz: Thanx. @sarah: I always use that when a threads happens in-between another one. For example: The doubts and fears-thread happens in between the tavern one - meaning: the tavern starts, from page 14 on one has to skip to the doubts and fears one and then get back to the tavern one. It's in between. Or do you think another word is more fitting?

Update for following threads: 1) Kahlan's "the journey only begins" 2) 2K's "the walk through the forest" and "new lodger of tavern's attic" Also, I now erased Sarah's thread in the time line. Third thing I did: @2k - please tell me whether you think it to be okay that I gave you an extra section and called it "The city of Basra". I figured, as you are developing on something like a spin-off anyway, it would be sensible to give you your own timeline. So threads you will have together with the crew will be posted under "a new journey" (or whatever the future parts will be called) and threads that belong to 2K only will be posted under "City of Basra". Is that okay with you? P.S.: I just get to notice. Did the 2K things (well those that have been written till now at least) happen in the past or are they future events? Khei, Thea and Scratch: Please tell me where I shall sort in your threads. As for now, I don't plan to give them an own section like I did with the 2K. Should it become evident however that a spin-off is developing in Baghdad as well, you of course will get your own section, too. And about when the current one takes place: well, I guess it depends a lot on Scratch. If he alters his "plotting" post to getting news about Khei instead of Sarah, your plot would happen parallely to the current Basra one.

Thank you for taking time to make all this. And, the first meeting between 2K happens a few days after the crew's departure from Basra, so in the future.

Aww, don't mention it. I didn't update the timeline for far too long anyway, so I figured it was about time to finally do so. And, myeah, I think I recall you having mentioned it somewhere. So I'll change that to future event. The only thing you have to be careful about then is Caipra's magical skills. We don't know what will happen (with Rumi and all that) but I'd advice you two (just in case you didn't already do that anyway ) to come across on whether Kriss knows about her skills or not (suppose the first would be better if you want to play it safe) OR you avoid that theme in your spin-off for the time being. *goes to change it to future event*

Okay, decided to do it another way now. I added a note which says that the storyline begins after the crew has left Basra and marked your meeting with "Day one" (which is similar do what I did for the main plot). Hope that's okay for everyone.

you avoid that theme in your spin-off for the time being. That's what I planned.

And, the first meeting between 2K happens a few days after the crew's departure from Basra, so in the future. I was thinking about it and I think it should be rather around two weeks. For me it is little odd that crew just dismissed and some new troubles arrived already. Don't you think that Caipra and Kriss should have some break?

Yes, well I only said that to precise that it was in the future. When exactly, we can still think about it. But you're right, women need some break (mostly knowing that the best is to come).

Hum, I did not specify it anyway. I only wrote "happens after the crew has left Basra".

@doubar "I do not forget about anything" should be rather past event Because she is talking about her past and there is no specified time of her speach. Can you follow me...? ;D
