I've heard this song this morning. It's the most beautiful song I ever hear and I think it fits Maeve and Sinbad or at least it's what I think Maeve and Sinbad feel about their love. The name of the song is "we still have so many days, we still have so much love." It talk about the beautiful love of a couple. They can't be together but the man told his love that they still had so many days left in their life, they still had the faithful love they gave each other so just believed that they will be together when the magical dawn come. This song say how much he love his woman, why he love her and how much he believe in their love their future even they're living in pain right now. I love you, love your innocent hair, love your messy bed, love the times you make me worry. Love you, love the surprised passion, love the pain and the happiness, love the thorniness. hey Doubar running yeah but well?? it's still a lot of promoting work and I HATE this prefer have shootings but well without promoting no shooting and also a lot of free shootings to get my portfolio full.
right now I try to promote pregancy photography... 10€ for pregancy shoots juist to get material for website, flyers and that like.
will have next moth an photoevnt with animal shelter at fressnapf shop let's see how this aktion will went 50% of it goes to the shelter is also a kind of promotion work of mine.

I'm sure you'd make an awesome fanvid with the song. maeve3000: Uh, I can imagine. >.< Must be a whole lot of work to get your own business running. It's right though - you need to be known first. And yes, the lyrics are the most wonderful thing I've ever heard. I love the last part of the song, full of love and hope. The sentence "give each other our painful night" really impresses me. I can see how beautiful that love is, there is nothing they can't give their lover.  . Hihi, I don't doubt my skills but accept the truth. ;D. Just joke. I worry because there are not much scenes I can use. I'm collecting the clips but they're not what I want.  |

@ban: True indeed, the last part is so hopeful - nothing but sweet. And yes, their love seems to be so pure, so deep - exactly what I had always imagined Sinbad's and Maeve's bond to be like. Aw, dear, and I see. xD I know the feeling of not finding the fitting clips. I, too, found another song I would really like to use for a vid but I'm doubtful whether I'll find the kind of scenes I feel would have to go with it. |

@doubar: I finally found what I want but for another song. It just because the song above doesn't fit my idea. But really, this idea makes me very tired. I'm happy that I don't give it up. Here's my new vid. Hope you will like it. Nothing's special, nothing's new but ;D I really like it when I create it. Can you guess the story of this vid? The adventures of Sinbad - The dream of life. Here's the lyrics. The dream of life I have so many beautiful dreams. But none of them comes as I wish. And the life gives me the unbearable pains. I wait for you to come and heal all wounds. The dream of life, no one can imagine it can be that far. But I still wait for the day when the blue sunlight comes, we're together. I know you are waiting too, so just keep waiting. The happy moments of us, who know how long it exists, just keep loving you in my dream. The story: Maeve used her magic to tell Sinbad how to find her. Sinbad with the help of a nymph found Maeve and brought her back to the crew. But the way he welcomed Maeve back was a bit cold and made Maeve felt unsafe especially when she knew about the unclear relationship of Bryn and Sinbad. Doubar knew that Maeve was sad and he spent more time to take care of her as a big brother. It was normal with Maeve and Sinbad but Bryn felt uncomfortable with that relationship. Sinbad saw Bryn's reaction when she looked at Doubar stood beside Maeve and he decided to do something. He told Maeve to go with Doubar and he went with Bryn when they split up to do their task. The relationship of Maeve and Bryn became tense and Sinbad knew Maeve was sad. He tried to show her that he still loved her as before but he couldn't tell her what he had in mind. Maeve was sad and confuse because she didn't know if Sinbad really loved her as he said when he kept acting like that. Doubar saw Maeve's sadness got angry with Sinbad's behavior but Maeve said it was ok, she didn't care if Sinbad didn't want to go with her. Angrily Doubar tended to go out with Maeve but Bryn stopped him and said she went with him. Sinbad said it was ok if Doubar agreed and Doubar agreed. Maeve was surprised by Bryn's behavior but Sinbad only looked at her and smiled. Then, Sinbad told Bryn to go with Doubar when they splitted up. Sinbad looked at his brother and felt happy for him. And as soon as he saw Maeve's waiting eyes he yelled at the crew to leave them alone. Maeve couldn't do anything but laugh because of his request. ;D It's unlike anything I did before right? I really like that idea. Maybe I should write it down. |

OMG, Ban, I'm so loving this!!! The idea for the vid is so so so cute, and the way you matched those scenes... *le gasp* I never thought one could do so much with Doubar/Bryn shots, but the way you portrayed Bryn's emotions upon seeing Doubar spend so much time with Maeve, that was awesome! The unease and maybe even jealousy are so evident in her gaze, it's amazing really! And of course you showed Maeve's and Sinbad's feelings equally well. Maeve's confusion, her uncertainty about Sinbad's feelings, her affection towards Doubar (in a brother/sister kind of way); Sinbad realizing what Bryn's behaviour really is about, his heart-felt happiness when finally Bryn makes a move... you pictured these emotions all so well! And the relationships you drew, I loved those! This sweet sister & brother-like tie that exists between Bryn and Sinbad, Sinbad's fondness for his big brother and 'sister' and his resulting wish for them to be happy together... Needless to say, I'm in love with the end of this vid. The moment Doubar joins Bryn and she looks back at Sinbad with this mixture of gratitude and happiness in her eyes. I never thought the "Stalkers" scene could work so well in this context, but it does! Awesome work there, honey!!! And of course the awesome moment in which it dawns on Maeve what this whole charade was about and her genuine smile when Sinbad tells the crew to give them some privacy... Totally great! You just made a M/S and B/D shipper's heart leap with joy! Thank you so much for sharing!!! And you're right btw. This is unlike anything you did before. But the idea is nothing but sweet. I love it to bits!  |

@doubar: Thank you. I love it too. I just can't believe I can succeed in creating this vid. It's just too hard as you said, the Doubar/Bryn scenes aren't much to use, beside finding those moments of season 2 in which Sinbad smile sweetly or happily is also much more difficult than season 1. I really didn't know where to start creating it and even when I had those scenes, how to match them still confused me. But finally the result really satisfies me, not the vid itself (just simple as normal) but the emotions and the love it contains just so beautiful. It's not only the love story of two couples but also the friendships, the brotherhood. I can say it's the best thing I ever done with AOS in fanvids either fanfics. Can you guess who I love most in this video? It's Doubar. He's so cute, so kind, so caring but also so rattlebrained. Hehe. Sinbad can see so well Maeve's sadness when he stays close with Bryn but Doubar seems to never notice Bryn's unease when he stands beside Maeve. (Maybe he does but doesn't know the reason). He only cares about his "little sister" without knowing there is a woman who is sad because of him. That's why this idea came to my mind. With a man like him if Bryn doesn't make a move he will never tell her how he feels. Hihi. I don't know how you feel but with me Bryn's and Doubar's love alway contains the cuteness and cans make me easily smile just think about them. Imagine a big man like Doubar stays under control of the a woman like Bryn. It's just so cute. the way you matched those scenes... *le gasp* ;D Uhm. The ending really surprised me, it's far sweeter than I tended to do and I just love it. Kaka. That moment. I just cannot guess what would happen next. haha. Maeve could kill Sinbad because of his game. ;D Her smile is really meaningful. Haha. |

@ban: Everything you say is true! While the cinematic style of your vid might be simple in a way (which isn't necessarily bad, mind you! In fact I totally love all the old-school vids ), the story you tell, the pictures you use are all the more powerful and are what makes this video so amazing! I agree: S2 seems to hold only very few scenes in which Sinbad smiles genuinely, and creating Doubar/Bryn ones... been there myself and know how frustrating this can be. But you did an absolutely wonderful job with both, and of course with matching all the found scenes in such a way as that they would create a storyline. And you got every right to be proud of what you created!!! *applauds* Aw, haha, and you got a point there. He's really cute there, that one. *pats Doubar's head* To be honest it didn't even occur to me till now, as I never contemplated such a situation, but now that you brought it up... indeed that's just how I could picture him: caring for Maeve, not even realizing how Bryn seems to be unsettled by that one. But it's not because he wouldn't care, he's just... dunno... can't even name it, really. But yeah, guess it would well be possible that Bryn has to make a move first (and if it's just a tiny one) before he'd find the guts to tell her. ;D [Although I also love the idea of them naturally getting drawn towards each other and confessing their feelings through little gestures and in-between-the lines. :3 ] Same here, honey! ;D I simply adore Maeve and Sinbad and love them to no end, but somehow when I think of Doubar and Bryn all I can do is smile fondly. They might not be the amazing couple, might not have such spectecular fights but therefore they're just terribly cute together. Sweet as sugar. Hehe. ^^ Aye, I know. It's so cute. ;D Though funny enough only some two years ago I found this thought to be as odd as having mustard on a toast with marmelade... >_> did you know that when Bryn came into the show she was supposed to have a crush on Doubar? I think they didn't really want to replace Maeve...  Really? *shifty eyes* That would be kind of ... funny. I mean, imagine the big Tubby and the little girl. No offence to you Bryn, but I find the proportions of the two kinda funny together. *points at the quote* That was indeed my reaction to hearing about this possible couple for the first time. Man, I've come a long way since then, didn't I? LOL! ;D Love it, too. Haha, aye, Sinbad's probably in for some major kind of trouble. Although, I always believed that Maeve saw an older brother in Doubar thus I don't think she would be too angry. She's way too happy for the first mate as well (let alone that with Bryn obviously crushing on Doubar she's no threat to her anymore, ehi). Mala: *agrees* Totally love the siblings bonds as well. |

Well, not only me who love that couple.  And your reaction at that time compare with what you're doing now, what made you change your mind? Btw, your reaction was a bit similar with my sister's when I told her about Bryn and Doubar. Hehe, she didn't think I was serious at first. Yes, I don't think Maeve would be angry but feel happy instead but it doesn't mean she would let Sinbad "live in peace" after what he had done. He did all things without her knowing and let her live with sadness, worry and maybe pain, beside he made the relationship of her and her ' sister' became tense. He loved her but treated her that way, you think Maeve would let him alone? I don't think so. (at least she would never let him alone again) ;D |

I can only agree. I think sugar's still not sweet enough. ;D Mwahaha, true that. *high fives* ;D At least that one, yes. ;D But truth be told: I searched for it for months. I recalled Kal/Caipra having mentioned that once, only I didn't remember in which thread she did so. And then, one day, I skipped through Caipra's bio by accident (sometimes I just enjoy to read random threads for no reason ) ... and there it was. ;D Well, obviously it's a semi-confirmed rumour. As Kal and Rongs later explained, the character at this stage wasn't Bryn per se yet though. It was more like they were pondering about bringing another female sorceress in who accompanies the crew while Maeve would stay in Basra to study with Caipra (which was thought up when Jacky wanted to spend more time with her family, which is understandable, but would have still stayed 'onboard' the show). And apparently they also thought it would be a nice touch if that new character fell for Doubar. Which would have been SO sweet to watch. *sigh* This would so have been the S2 of my dreams. ;D Obviously not, aye. I know! It's weird, right? When Kal first mentioned this pairing I was all like "oh no, no way, that's odd, it can't work". I was cinvinced the two of them wouldn't work as a couple, but then after some time I realized that in fact I had been wrong. I guess I just needed to get used to the idea first, and once I did I was able to contemplate the two a little. In the end I realized that I had been so very wrong at the beginning; that they could in fact be cute together and then finally, I even started to like the thought. I explored them in a fic, which I think was the moment when I turned into a D/B shipper by heart. ;D LOL! So did I when Kal posted the beforementioned. xD Haha, now that one's true though. I guess she would indeed make him pay. Not because she'd be angry or anything, but just for the fun of it. ;D |
