In fact, Sean would have to be around Doubar's age (or like we settled it even older, 'caus Doubar in our rpg is 8 yrs Sinbad's senior) if I didn't miss anything.
So, according to how I got this the story went like this:

Sean (age: 6 yrs) has to leave home -> gets found by DimDim -> leaves DimDim at age of 16 -> DimDim takes Doubar and Sinbad as his students

Or Sean was taken by DimDim after Doubar and Sinbad had left ... which ... wait a minute .. *mumbles* no, doesn't work as well. Sean's older than Sinbad so there's no way he could have been at DimDim's after the brothers. So, I really don't see through this.
Please tell me if I missed a fact anywhere.

P.S.: The reason for posting this here instead of in Sean's bio-thread is that he mentions his story in his latest post.

Aye, that's settled. The other thing however doesn't go with the bio Sean wrote:

Plus: even if we modified it to Sean being in his mid 40s we'd have the problem that he looks way younger than Doubar. I always saw the first mate as the oldest aboard the Nomad. Only solution would be to state that Sean had been 10 when coming to DimDim (-> the same age in what Sinbad left him) ... wich would mean he's Sinbad's age. Either that or - when stikcing to the story (leaving home at 6) - we have to make Sean be younger than the captain.

I mean, I don't wanna be a spoilsport here or anything, I just think that maybe we should avoid unclear things. They could lead to troubles sometime in the story ...

Hon, Sean was kicked out at age 6 and lived on the streets till found by Dim Dim, that's what i meant. Plus i never said he was the first mate, he met Sinbad after Sinbad came back to Beghdad and joined him and his team, as in Sean joined Sinbad and his team so i say it is possible. I mean Doubar dear you missed understood what i wrote, i said/ wrote nothing about Sean being found run after being kicked out i just wrote he was kicked and and found but it bessically means he was found over time not on the same day dear, hope it clears things up to you. Also i wrote for short and to a point but that doesn't mean that he got found right away, in my last post he told his own story for short so it won't be to long.

Oh, I see. Thanx, dear for enlightening me. I really got it like he had been kicked out and then been found by DimDim only days later.
