A question to the rest of the board. This is just a thought that occured to me since we have had new members recently, three of them, whoot I don´t really like the idea of limiting down people´s creativity, but what do you guys think about temporarily stopping the addition of more female sorceress characters? Again, this is totally not meant as an offence to anyone who plays or has recently taken on a female sorceress character, but I was thinking that we might have reached a point where we have enough. Just an idea to avoid one sided balance and the like.

I certainly agree. If they want to play a female character, why not someone without powers? Sorceresses are not very common. Its getting more like Harry Potter, where everybody has magic.
And I go against having more than three women on the ship. Kriss will not join the crew but will pop up here and there.

Hehehe ;D Chick is American slang for hot woman or "hot babe." Now I wonder what you look like. Are you as hot as Sinbad? ;D I know, But I prefer to be called the "pirate queen", this phrase has a certain sort of power and independence about it ;D & about being hot or not, i dont know! maybe i am, may be i am not! doesnt matter anyway! But about sinbad and doubar, my oh my, they are super cute I will post one of my pictures, as soon as i find a decent one

*blushes deeply* Oh my, thank you you two. *turns away as the red still deepens* But back to Sinbad's question: Aye, I would be for the limit, too. And to be honest, I would even agree with Firouz, saying we will not allow any other females aboard (well, only exception might be Caipra though ... at least for a certain amount of time since she most likely would not stay on the Nomad forever anyways ). P.S.: Am looking forward to your pic, too, Talya.

Okay, so its Bryn, Maeve, and Serendib. Maeve and Serendib could share a cabin, and Bryn would have her own cabin.

Aye aye Doubar, I would be for the limit too (as in "If I, the x-love of the handsome captain sinbad, cant be onboard, no other chicky chicks can" ) No seriously, I do think there's a bit too much female sorceress on the forum, I mean we do lack the normal sword-handling people & the male one ofcourse!!

Well, I play a female role too, so I don't see why it would be so hard for a female to take a male's role. Sinbad and Doubar are females.

This is not a soap opera. This is an adventure. I don't want too many romances. One, Maeve and Sinbad, is enough, though Bryn and Rumina may try to romance Sinbad too. And in ancient times, women did not generally get involve in public. In ancient Greece and Mesopotamia, husbands owned their wife, meaning they were free to buy, sell, beat, or even kill them.
