sunkiss: Good to know you we share the same POV on John Smith. ;D Aw, and I know I missed to say that in the other thread: it's great to see you again, too. *hugs* As for the recent "this or that": I go for Elf. ;D And I'll just stick to the theme if you don't mind. AngelOr Fairy

I'd have to go with Leprechaun; such fascinating, mischievious creatures. xD Phouka or Kelpie? John Smith!!!!!! Just because I was devastated when Pocahontas came to England and the thing with Smith didn't work out anymore. For heaven's sake, I was only, what, 8 or something. That was the first break-up I witnessed! So, yes, I don't know, maybe that other John was even more gentle, or better for her or whatever, but I was a kid. The only thing worse than this one was Sinbad having fun with all the girls in Season 2 although he was supposed to miss Maeve. *audible sigh* Couldn't help myself... gotta toss my 2 cents in. xP I was quite unimpressed with the second Pocahontas. It seems to me that perhaps there was enough historical purists who complained about the inaccuracies in the first Pocahontas that the moviemakers tried to fix it in the second. If that was the intent, not only not only did they fail miserably in that (except somehow Uttamatomakkin made it into the movie! lol), but they also probably failed in keeping the original fans happy by having Pocahontas and John Smith "break up". All in all, the second was nowhere near as good as the first. And despite its historical inaccuracies... (John Smith in the movie looks nothing at all like the real John Smith... >.> And they missed out on some opportunities for awesome moments, like when President Maria Wingfield (no Govenor Ratcliffe ever existed, as far as I can tell... lol) got an arrow shot through his beard, which considerably altered his viewpoint when he had been in disagreement with Smith xD - though for clarification, John was not the one to shoot the arrow; that happened when the settlement was attacked by Indians) ... yet I do love the first movie done by Disney of Pocahontas.

Uhm... I guess I'd go with the Phouka then. At least that one doesn't seem to feast on humans. *shifty eyes* Them northern folks have very interesting myths I have to say. ;D Oak Treeor Weeping Willow
Oh, I totally agree with you Kalani. It's not only been the break-up between her and John Smith, but also Pocahontas herself who I didn't quite like as much anymore as I did in part 1. But then again I feel like I don't really like most of Disney's "Part 2"s. The original usually is just so much better imo. P.S.: Oh, haha, yeah, the historical inaccuracies... but then again it's Disney. They CAN be inaccurate 'caus usually the story just makes totally up for that.

Hmmm... I love trees of all sorts.... but I'd have to go for the oak. It has acorns! xD (lol, and yes there are quite a few interesting myths in Celtic culture ^_^) Dryad Or Naiad ~*~*~ Aye, it does seem that usually sequels with Disney rarely match up to the first; I've come across a few that have, but they've been few and far between (and of course my brain fails me and I can't think of any at the moment. xP). Haha, true enough that the story, despite being woefully inaccurate historically-wise, is almost always more than made up for by how good the movie is. ^_^

Hmm, great choice. Though Weeping Willows have something really enchanting and beautiful as well. Ooh, and I guess I'd go with the Dryad then. Even though both creatures are fascinating. Daisyor CloverLol! Haha, well maybe you'll remember them again some day. ^^

Hmm, I'd have to go with the Daisy. I love 'em both, but there was once a great singer (from my country) whose name was Daisy. She was a Parang singer (Christmas, Spanish medley) whose performances were explosive; her legacy still lingers in my country..oh & she always wore a Daisy flower in her hair Capt'n Jack Sparrow? ......................................................................................... OR Will Turner? ...................................................................................
