Hey everyone,

As you can see, here's where I'll be posting updates in the form of whatever chapters of my Aladdin/Sinbad crossover fic. which basically stars Rumina and Mozenrath and other Aladdin/Sinbad characters

So for now I've written up chapter 3 "Lord of the Black Sand."

@ Rongar: Thanks for the review. Sorry if the Maeve/Sinbad interaction was rushed, but since the prospect of Rumi being still at large, Maeve is back to being slightly bit preoccupied over her, and a bit less (but not entirely-ignoring) amiable towards Sinbad.

@ Doubar: Thanks to you too. Rumi would panic, since she's lost her primary bread and butter. And as for Turok's role in saving Rumina, you'll just have to wait and see. It was too much fun writing up the terse chemistry between Moze and Rumi, that my inner Mozenrath decided to turn on her, instead of helping her like I originally planned to. See how characters can act in the last second?

I was just asking because when writing a story I usually know right from the beginning what will be happening.

That bit applies to me in this way: Rumina and Mozenrath won't have a typical lovey dovey relationship (at least Rumi'll be more doting than Moze if that were to happen.)

I try to have a plan, but it sometimes never happens. Sometimes it runs away with itself.

Same here. I have ideas for the stories I write, but as the characters develop, they start getting their own heads. Happens more likely with original characters than with canons, but still.

Your story sounds interesting, Scratch, I definitely have it on my to-read list.

Feel free to read it anytime, Sinbad. I'm actually starting to write a rough draft of Chapter 4 now.

Dubar I"m not the hero from AoS.that"s why I want ask you if i can write some history about me and connect them(if you and Sinbad agree) with Sinbad"s adventures.(if only we can agree change only one part of story - I can be such as first cabin girl on board or Bryn"s pupil etc.

You mean, you want to take part in the rpg? That would be cool. Well, you can simply post your outline in our plotting area (just open a new thread there): distandlands.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=plot and then we can decide together on what of the story we can keep and what has to be changed. I have to inform you though that telling from what it looks like right now, no more female crew members are being accepted. We already have Maeve and Bryn onboard (well, soon Maeve will be back) and there's chance that Serendib is gonna join the crew, too. Furthermore we might have a sailor onboard who pretends to be male but actually is a woman (the player has not confirmed that yet though) so well, a female crew member should be hard to include. Anyhow, just post your ideas for a start and then we can discuss about this all together.

P.S.: Honey, you can post questions of all sorts in the welcome chat, too. It's our most general thread and things like this one and your question for a gallery go better there than in the poetry or fanfic thread. Please, don't get me wrong - no harm has been done by posting those questions where you did, but things stay a bit more in order when using the welcome chat for any general stuff.
