I read the whole story ," Click" depends on it, then watched some scenes, but i think that it was a bit provocative for my taste yeah Kate was beautiful there but her role isn't that good. and the whole story is a waste of time to watch. It reminds me of a folk story from eastern Europe i read before, about a boy that has been given a golden wool ball. the golden lines represent the years of his life. when he wants to skip an event, he just will pull the golden line a bit. he made that a lot, till the golden wool became gray which means that he became old and skipped all the good times of his youth life. Click is somehow like that but with some stupid unnecessary provoked scenes and hints. In fact, among all Kate's movies, I found some roles to be really good and show her talents and the others are nothing but nonsense....(sorry) my opinion. just like I really liked her as:1-Rachel Armstrong in " Nothing but the truth". the whole movie is worthy watching. I really liked it and liked the issue it talks about. and her role was respectful. 2-Anna valerious...in " van helsing" for sure...i loved her slavic accent...her somehow strong character. and sure being A/G fan, i liked the romantic plotline. x) 3- Darlene...in brokedown palace...I really like and favor this movie and its story. 4-Amy fox in " vacancy" a simple yet good horror movie. 5- and Evelyn ..in " pearl harbor"...donno but may be 'cause the whole movie is very well done, i see her role to be good. but i definitely didn't like the romantic plot line which depends on " take the available" I didn't like her as: 1-Donna newman in " click"....stupid.. 2- Selene in " underworld> Oh yeah...her role there doesn't need any comment... the movie itself has the honor (for me) to be one of the worst vampire, werewolf, lycns or whatever movies. I watched only the first...and i heard that the second is worse...besides these provocative scenes in...so this movie really takes only 4/10. 3- Kary Statko...in " whiteout"...The movie is BORING at least. sorry for being long...but those the only movies i saw to her till now.

"What dreams may come" is on TV right now. For those who don´t know it, check out the trailer. It´s such a beautiful movie. But very emotional, too. Makes me cry everytime I watch it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pHCtLzmras

Hey guys. I'm just wondering if any of you have watched Game of Thrones? I'm obsessed with it. I've already read the book series (with still a couple more books expected). It has the vibe of The Tudors mixed with Lord of the Rings. Some scenes make me want to cover my eyes because it doesn't hold back on the violence. Already have had read the books and knowing what's going to happen its just so awesome to watch. Sean Bean is a brilliant Ned Stark! Daenerys is pretty awesome, too. Top casting.

It's complicated. But this is this the synopsis from wiki... Set in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, where "summers span decades and winters can last a lifetime," Game of Thrones chronicles the violent dynastic struggles among the kingdom's noble families for control of the Iron Throne; as the series opens, additional threats from the snow and ice covered region north of Westeros and from the eastern continent across a narrow sea are simultaneously beginning to riseAnyways, basically, all these families House of Lannister, Stark and whole lot of other people want and to protect the Iron Throne. There's Daenerys Targareyan whose brother forces her into a marriage to Khal Drogo of the Dothraki, so that he can claim the throne. What her brother hates though is that she falls in love with her husband and gains all this control, and essentially become more powerful than him. The there is the feud between the House of Lannister and the Stark, a very complex storyline erupts. And the most evil of them all comes in the form of a 12 year old boy who may not look it at first but grows into this psychopath. Honestly, the fandom absolutely hates him. Joffrey Baratheon = EVIL

Oooh, that´s definitely on my list of shows to watch. An American friend of mine is all over it and keeps trying to bug me into watching it. So far, I had to cancel on that due to lack of time, but it´s definitely on my summer schedule

@anthea :raises hand: I love them too. I'm a long-time asoiaf fan, and I've watched GOT on air, downloading every episodes as soon as it was avaliable (Aaah I miss my asoiaf mondays... and the fandom frenzy ;D). Nevertheless I was still missing to read book four, and now that book 5 is finally out I'm trying to finish it. ;D while avoiding ADWD spoilers like mad. But asoaif fandom is a crazy funny place, it's hard to restrain myself to check some sites ;D ps. Have you heard about the latest news? Brienne, Mel, Stannis and Davos had been finally casted for season 2 ;D ;D @sinbad You have to watch it, it's brilliant. More based on political intrigues than fantasy. Magic is very marginal. Game of Thrones is all about a civil war between several noble houses in the fictional continent of Westeros (very similar to medioeval England), and it is slightly based on "The war of two Roses". Even the two most important families, Stark and Lannister, remind of York and Lancaster.

Ohhh, that sounds really interesting, I´ll definitely check it out over the summer holidas Especially if the weather stays as crappy as it is right now. Speaking of tv shows, here´s a disappointment for a change. I found the tv trailer somewhat interesting therefore watched the pilot consisting of the first 3 episodes of "V - the visitors" on Monday night. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQoSCEMzJYESo...just like J.R.R. Tolkien, I am someone who dislikes allegories. Because they are plumb, annoying and d´uh... rubbing things in. But let me see if i was the only one that reads things in there... The show apparently is from 2009. It´s about aliens coming to earth. They say they are peaceful. They talk of hope and change for all humankind. Oh, and they want "universal healthcare" for everyone. The media totally adores and hypes them, apart from one reporter who becomes sceptical. And in season 1 or 2 already we get to know that these aliens which are represented by one charismatic leader are evil. I mean... come oooon *rolls eyes* Who sponsored this, Fox News?
