Doubar tilted his head a little in response to the brunette's words. "Kriss it will be then", he spoke to her calmly, therewith respecting her wish to be called by her forename. Then he put down his glass again, listening to the quiet thud it made on the wooden table, before looking back at the young woman. "So, might I ask when you opened up your tavern? I do not remember having heard about it before. And judging from the delicious meals you offer here, I really should have." The first mate added a broad grin to his words, knowing well enough that his apetite would have led him to such good food earlier, had the tavern already existed back in those times when the Nomad had set sails to the port of Basra more frequently.

Rongar smiled in welcome after the brothers let the tavern owner into their group at the table.
He was happily eating and grinned at all the words being spread around the table.
He could guess how unknown they must be despite being friends of Caipra's so he tapped Doubar on the shoulder and then tappen his chest. Then he pointed to Kriss and nodded with a smile.

Caipra looked up when she heard the voice of a man saying "Hi all" and was surprised to recognize Sean. "Sean! Is this really you?" The old sorceress was very familiar with this young boy. Dim-Dim and she took care of him for several years until he decided to go to become a sailor. Caipra had not seen him since that day. When he sat down, she took his hand. "I am so glad to see you! My husband and I did not know what you had become after you left! But I can see you've finally achieved your dream of becoming a sailor! And on the Nomad! What a coincidence!" She looked Sinbad with a smile.

Kriss felt like it was yesterday when she had arrived to Basra and bought the tavern. Before she got here, she had been traveling for quite long and hadn't been able to find good place for her and Aniel. "Yes, I guess you havn't heard about it before becouse I've just opened it a few moths ago." she siad to Doubar.
Then she heard man's voice and Caipra's enthusiastic answer. She turned at young, handsome man who has just arrived and smiled at him.

Doubar was just about to open his mouth and voice out what Rongar was signalling him and Kriss, when the tavern owner already answered to his earlier question. The first mate nodded in comprehension to what she said and smiled at the young woman. "Well, that would explain it then", he offered her, "after all I...". Doubar wasn't able to go on as he suddenly heard a familiar voice call the sailors. His gaze diverted to the man who had just entered the tavern and set down with his friends now. The greeting however Doubar would have liked to send the younger one's way died in his throat the very moment when he heard Caipra welcome him like a long lost son. The first mate felt his eyes widen while his mouth dropped slightly open. For a second then, he glanced at his younger brother, thus meeting his gaze and sending him a thousand questions all at once, before he directed his eyes back to Sean and the wise sorceress. "You know each other?", Doubar blurted out without even really thinking about it. But since this was just what puzzled him so much right now anyway, he didn't really care whether his astonishment about that fact was being all too evident in his voice or not.

Sinbad raised his eyebrows enquiringly but didn´t say anything for now, because his brother´s reply came faster than his. "It´s a small world after all..." he then said, his look a mix of surprise and mild amusement. He had no idea why these two knew each other or how, but it seemed like today was full of such coincidences. Or rather, he probably had underestimated Caipra. The woman seemed to know quite a lot of people, he thought, swallowing thoughts that drifted into directions of other old friends of the crew that had no chance to show up. Before that thought could take hold he took another sip of his ale. "Took you a while, my friend." he said, adressing Sean, trying to make a bit more space to allow the other man a place in their little group.

Bryn chuckled at what Sinbad said and turned to Sean. “Great to see that you found us.” She got up and hugged him. “Would you care to join us?”

Firouz raised his eyebrow at Caipra's responce but shrugged it off and returned his attention at Sean. Firouz nodded his head at Sean in greetings. “Great to see you, buddy. How did you find us?”

Rongar wasn't to annoyed by the fact that Doubar didn't introduce him to Kriss and his tiny anger vanished with Caipra's enthusiatic welcome of Sean.
He tilted his head and asked, 'How do you know him Caipra?'
Kriss could learn his name through conversation after all.

Sean looked at them, he first smiled at Kriss and Caipra, After that he tried collecting his thoughts. "Good to see you too, Caipra and yeah you are right, just i wish i could have kept the girl of my dreams but if there is anyone who understands that better then anyone, it must be Sinbad." he said then looked at the others. He let Caipra hold his hand. "Yes we do know each other, Doubar" he said. "She and Dim Dim raised me since i was way younger then now. My parents kicked me out but they took me in. After awhile i left with a certain crew but then i got to where i met you guys and the rest is history, eventually Bryn joined after Maeve got taken away." he said. "Well you went to where, Caipra was before Bryn joined us. I didn't go because i had to see an old friend who lived there and all" he said. Before he set so he hugged Bryn back and all, even so the hug confused him. "Well i talked to Sinbad and all, so i figured it would be this tavern" he said. After he set and everything he just looked at Kriss and extended his hand to shack hers. "I am Sean and you are?"

"Now tell me about small worlds...", Doubar mumbled while he watched Kriss introduce herself to their crewmate. The sea bear had listened intently Sean's explanation and had clearly felt his eyes go wider with every word the other man had spoken. Never had Doubar even thought about the possibility that the blonde may have lived with the brothers' former master before the two of them had joint him. And having this most astonishing fact revealed here, and without any warning, made Doubar shake his head slightly. For a moment the big man thought about asking him how and why but right after decided against it. Master DimDim had always been a generous and kind-hearted man and telling from all what he knew about his wife, Caipra was just like him when it came to that. So, whatever the circumastances had been, he shouldn't wonder about that fact itself all too much. It was a really astonishing coincidence, indeed, and maybe he might just have a little talk with Sean later, but for now Doubar left it to that and smiled at the younger one instead. "Well then, it seems you two have to catch up on quite a bit", the first mate finally kindly offered the wise sorceress and Sean while he leant back a bit on his seat and grabbed for his ale again. "Oh, and by the way, just get yourself some ale, Sean. It's really a good one, you know. And, come to think of it ..." Doubar shifted a little on his seat, frowning slightly at what he just got to notice. "I think I should leave you alone for a moment", he slowly stated, lifting his gaze a little while he did so. "The beer's getting back at me. So, ah, if you would excuse me for a moment." Slightly the big man bowed his head to Caipra and Kriss, somehow feeling the necessarity to show at least some manners around the Ladies. "I take it it's that way, right?" While speaking these words, Doubar gestured towards the corridor that was to be seen at the far side of the tavern while looked at Kriss questioningly.

Kriss looked at Doubar "Oh, yes this way and then go upstairs" while speaking, she pointed at the stairs and gave big man a big smile. "The tavern isn't very big, you shouldn't have any problems" brunette added.

"I'll take you by your word", Doubar half-grinned in response to the young woman's words, before his features softened and he added an honest: "Thank you" to his own ones. Putting down his ale then, the first mate finally got up from his place, making sure not to startle Caipra with that, and retreated from the table.
