Rongar quickly opened the door that Kriss had pointed to and began to turn down the bed.
Sinbad and Doubar, with Bryn, would be here soon and he wanted the bed ready for their sorceress.
Firouz watched Rongar and answered with a worried frown, "We're not completely sure. She just fainted which isn't normal for her at all."

'They are not sure?' Kriss thought...'what's going on there?' She felt responsible for all her guests but the they were Caipra's friends so she felt more reliable now. She had to check out what had happened downstairs, since Firouz and Rongar hadn't explained that much. "Excuse me! I have to go there" the archer said and went by scientist.
Kriss plunged to the room. Her employee reach to tavern's owner and wanted to say something but she didn't let her shouting "Not now!" and the gril came back to the kitchen. Almost ran brunette finally saw her old friend "Caipra, please tell me, what at name of Odin is going on in my tavern?" she said while looking around at whole scene with unconscious girl.

Sinbad and his brother had begun to carry the unconscious woman across the tavern. Trying to support her as much as they could and also trying to not catch too many curious stares which of course didn´t work completely - especially since the arrival and inquiries of the tavern owner didn´t exactly help to calm things and murmurs down.
"We will let her have some rest in one of the rooms if you allow." he told the young woman, his eyes trying to convey that she shouldn´t worry (that, too, didn´t work the way he imagined). "We don´t know what happened, either."

Caipra entered the tavern behind Doubar and Sinbad. She closed the door and when she turned back, she noticed that the guests all looked at them with great curiosity. Caipra allowed to appear on her face a slight sign of nerves but made no comment. She walked toward the stairs to show to the two sailors the way to the rooms when Kriss appeared suddenly before her. Her eyes were filled with concern, and the question she asked confirmed it. Another question that the old sorceress couldn't answer for now. But the way the archer had asked the question showed that she was determined to have an answer. Caipra could understand her. The tavern's owner always managed to avoid trouble in her tavern. And thanks to this, the tavern continued to run without problems. Sinbad answered Kriss before her. But seeing that her friend didn't seem convinced by his explanation, Caipra added without hiding her concern. "Bryn was already out for a while and when she returned, she felt ill and fainted. She has a slight fever, she needs rest. I always have some medicinal plants on me I'll give her some, that will relieves her a little. But she must be in a quiet place. Could you lead us in a room that Sinbad has rented for the night please? "

Dermott had been this whole time perched on the back of a wooden chair. Before entering the tavern, when Caipra admitted she have known Bryn for a long while, he planned to learn more about it, considering that the old sorceress seemed willing to share her knowledge with him. Nevertheless, he thought it was better to step aside for a while, and wait for a calmer and proper moment, so that the crew could gather and chat without worrying about their private mental conversations.
In the meanwhile he watched, listened and memorized every line of what had been said. The ban of magic from Basra, Sean’s unexpected past, and most of all, Bryn’s growing uneasiness after Caipra’s revelations. He didn’t wanted to break into her inner struggle because she had been very anxious those last days, and maybe she needed some space to work out her thoughts alone.
For this reason he didn’t followed her during her lonely walk. Even so, as soon as he saw the captain entering the door while carrying Bryn’s unconscious body, he felt immediately puzzled, and start to squeak out of concern. This time he was going to stay beside his mistress no matter what. With that in mind he took off a low flight to follow the crew as they were walking upstairs, and before they could reach the room Kriss was pointing out, he was already perched on the near head bed, waiting for his friends to come into the chamber.

Firouz blinked at the hawk as he settled on his new perch.
"Oh, Dermott, are they coming then?" he asked as he knew the bird of prey would not leave his mistress in such a state without him being there to watch over her.
Rongar nodded to him and ran his fingers through the brown chest feathers. He knew that the others were close. Dermott wouldn't be here if they weren't.
And if there was a problem, he'd be more aggitated and screeching somewhat angrilly at them to go and help fix said hypothetical problem.

While letting Rongar cuddling him, the hawk squeeaked in agreement to both the scientist and the moor.

In tavern the movement broke out. All guests wanted to know what had heppened, all of them wanted to see anything. Kriss hated this kind of situation but as the owner she felt that she is responsible for evenness in this place. She had to show everybody her capture. "Okay everybody that's it!!"she said to drunk onlookers "The show is over! Now, get back and make way for them" the archer added, pointing at Sinbad who was holding unconscious Bryn. The mob slowly stood down, they knew that Kriss wasn't kidding and they always respect her. Even if someone tried to not, she exactly knew how to change it. Now, brunette looked at captain "You know where the room is and two of your men are already there. I will stay here in case any more problems with guests"

Doubar noticed with relief how Kriss was able to calm the guests down. And while only moments before numerous pairs of eyes had been lying on him and his brother, they now had a major part of their attention being taken away from them. The first mate mouthed a silent "Thank you" to their new friend while he and Sinbad took the last few steps towards the stairs. "I'll let you take her now", Doubar then addressed his little brother while he cast a glance towards the stairway. There was no way the two of them could get through it together anyway. Slowly therefore the big man lowered his arms - letting Sinbad take the brunette's full weight now and thus allowing him to pass the rather narrow way without any problems.

Sinbad gave a short nod before he shifted his position, placing one hand under Bryn´s shoulder blades and - bending his knees a little - one under her knees so he could carry her on his own. He had to walk sideways a bit in order to avoid her banging her head against the walls of the narrow stair case, but eventually they made it. She wasn´t that heavy to carry, at least not for a little distance.
The rooms they had rented were close to the staircase and he found the door of one of them open already. Walking through it, he carefully lowered the brunette on the bed.

Rongar was opposite Sinbad, so he watched anxiously as the brunette was laid down on the bed.
Firouz lightly pushed him aside in his attempt to get closer to the sorceress.
Rongar stepped out of the way and ended up behind the scientist and listened intently for anyone else coming up the stairs.
Caipra and/or Kriss should be the only other expected visitors as far as he knew.
Perhaps, Sean as well, but other than that.....

*Takes place about an hour later, after Caipra and Bryn's conversation in the room.*
Now that Bryn was sleeping in her room, Caipra went downstairs to join the rest of the crew and to tell them that the young sorceress was fine. *It's been a while since I haven't got a turbulent day like that.* she said for herself. *I think I'll also need some rest soon.* But there was a few things she needed to deal with before going home. When she arrived downstairs, she noticed that it was calmer than earlier. In fact, everyone had left the tavern, except the crew, who was still sitting at the same table. There was no sign of Kriss. She was probably somewhere, doing some tasks before closing the tavern. Caipra turned her attention to her friends. She didn't know if the past hour, they talked a lot, but right now, they were quite calm. Calm, but still anxious, Obviously. She could only see Firouz's back, but it seemed that he was fixing Rongar who was turning one of his knife in his hand. Doubar had a glass in his hand and was making it turn on the table, fixing it. Concerning Sinbad, she couldn't see his face, but she noticed that he was touching his rainbow bracelet The wise sorceress decided not to let them wait any much longer and approached the table.

Doubar's gaze was fixed on the little reflections of light that played across his glass while he absent-mindedly fiddled about with it. Ever since the four had left Bryn's room earlier, not much had been spoken between them. They all wondered what had gotten into the young one and about what Caipra knew of all this. Sure enough magic was involved - or else the wise lady would not have sent them out of there. As the first mate turned the glass one more time, his eyes suddenly caught a figure appraoch from upstairs which caused his head to snap upwards and gaze towards her. It was Caipra. Her eyes where lingering on the crew, he noticed and her face was stern. As soon as she was close enough to hear his words, the big man voiced out what he was sure, all four men of this crew were thinking right now: "Any news about Bryn?"
