*eye twitches* That's ... sorry, but highly unnatural. Let alone that they obviously don't care even a tiny little bit about this child. Have they any idea how much it will be bullied with his "mother" being his great-grandma? Let alone that the poor one most likely will lose her before it's an adult. That's mean. I mean, shall that young man do what he likes to do (even though, yup, I definitely agree with you there, Scratch), but having a baby means taking over responsibility. And I can't see any of it in that case...

*gets on her knees* THANK YOU! *praises the mighty PJ* So... the firm that was supposed to produce the hobbit movie went bankrupt or something...so the shootings were delayed...and delayed again, until Guilermo del Torro, the director had no other choice than to drop the job because he can´t stay in NZ for 5 years or something. That was yesterday´s awful news. The Hobbit and no director after 2 years of preparation work. So now they´re looking for a new one. And PJ just said today...or yesterday... but I read just now... that in case they can´t find anyone suitable that he would take del Torro´s place even though he had actually planned not to. Gosh, I would watch the phonebook movie if Jackson directed it.

I thought Peter Jackson was to direct the Hobbit anyway... . But good to hear he'll do it if they don't find anyone suitable (even though I kinda find him to be the most suitable anyway since he also directed the Ring-films).

Nope, del Toro, but I can understand how people can mix up the two, cause: Del Toro: Jackson (in LotR era, I call it his hobbittish days ) Jackson today. (that´s what I call successful dieting)

Maybe no world news but still... I just heard it in the radio that our government is seriously thinking about raising the salary of the public servants (to which they of course belong to themselves!). And at the same time they're discussing about which social spendings to shorten best - from the help for unemployed poeple right to the child benefit?! Sorry, but that's just gross!!!

Yeah, that sucks. But staying with sucky politics: It annoys me so much that people in my effing state can´t get around to form a decent coalition...but all I can say about that is that I do not trust those half-intelligent ideas of a complete school reform that seems to be fancied with the parties that might be likely to form the coalition and this is the moment where I say: I am grateful that I got a job at a school that is not financed by the state but by the church and which is therefore indipendent to just stay as it is instead of being re-structured in ways that will only lead to chaos over years on end if things really turn the way some people say they will.
