I noticed that this good episode is not there so far and i decided to change it.
This episode belongs to my favorite episodes from second season. The plot was quite interesting and entertaining and for me there was one of the most interesting supporting characters from the whole second season: Uruk.
I like this guy very much, i think that the authors created an interesting story for him, it was quite touching, how he was considered to be a monster by many people and he was forced to live out of society for a longer time. Moreover, he was not able to prevent this thief from controlling his mind which worsened his bad situation more and more.
And i really like how Bryn was emotionally affected by this situation and how she tried to help Uruk so much and she did not doubt about the fact that someone else is hidden behind his bad behaviour. I am not quite sure, if the rest of guys completely shared her belief in him, but they know that they can trust the opinion of Bryn. And the end, i think that Bryn was really the person who had the biggest share in gaining his new freedom as Uruk said. The great scene how Uruk hugged her at the end of the episode.

Oh, now that is correct. He was a great supporting character and had an interesting, though sad, story. And it was a great opportunity for Bryn to stand up for someone. I think this ep showed her compassionate nature beautifully and I agree - I think the guys were still doubtful about Uruk but they trusted Bryn. Also, of course, the fact that Uruk was treated so badly helped in deciding which side to choose but at the end, it was mostly Bryn and Dermott who saw through the spell and recognized the man for who he was. Aw, and that scene at the end was cute indeed. He really was a giant compared to her. Hah, he was giant compared to everyone - even Doubar looked small next to him.

Yes, the attitude of Bryn towards him was really nice and i like the aspect of this episode the most of all. Her caring nature was showed in more cases in the whole series, but there it was the most obvious case and it was very nicely done. And she showed in this episode that she can be peremptory as well when she wants (i like how she calmed down this woman at the end, it was quite funny).
I thought about the possibility if Doubar would be more succesful in the fight with Uruk if he was in the city instead of Sinbad, but you are probably right, that Uruk would be a hard nut even for him, and i guess that Rongar would be in the same position.
And i hope, that it will not mind if i will add topics for the rest of episodes from both seasons during the progress of time, even for the less favourite...

Hm, yeah, maybe Doubar would have been a little more successful but really, I think none of the crew really stood a chance against this gentle giant. Not on their own that is. And very true about Bryn. Indeed her natured showed here and there but never as obvious as in this ep. Well, I for one certainly don't mind discussing the so far "missing" eps as well. So do go on, Manche.

Yea, Bryn definitely showed her compassionate side here. I liked it as this was when I really began to like her as herself.

Maybe it is only a mistake of our dubbing, but there was mentioned several times that the crew will take Uruk to Basra to the Caliph. But Caliph lives in Bagdad, does not he?
